The customer service is horrible! Here are my list of problems with this establishment. 1)My husband and I went to go pick up our furniture at noon (the time they said to come pick up it up) & the chairs that we wanted weren’t even delivered to the store yet. So since the chairs weren’t at the store, we decided to order some more. Since we ordered more chairs we were okay with waiting a little longer for everything to arrive at the store. The man in the store stated that everything will be at the store in like 20-30 minutes. We specifically told him that we were going to get food and that we would be right back. Once we got back to the store, he told the lady to tell us that he sent the delivery people back to the warehouse because we weren’t there. 2) The man never came out after this to speak to us directly even though we wanted him to. If we told you were going to come back & wouldn’t be long why not keep the furniture there. That we already PAID FOR? 3) When we asked if they were going to come back to the store to bring the chairs, they said yes but it would take another 20 minutes or we could go pick up the items ourselves at the warehouse. We decided to go pick our own items up, because we were tired of dealing with them. We asked for the number to contact the warehouse people once we got there so it would be easier. 4) The lady gave us the store number & NOT THE NUMBER WE ASKED FOR! Once we got to the warehouse no one was there, after we were told that someone would be there. We had to call the store four times to see when someone would be at the warehouse and we kept getting the run around and 2 of those times no one answered the phone. She kept saying 10 minutes but 30 minutes went by and still no one was there. As I was pulling off to go head back to the store to curse them out, the delivery drivers finally arrived to the warehouse. When I say this place will NEVER receive a dime from me ever again! Read moreI purchased a sofa and loveseat on 6/24 that was delivered to my apartment on the 26th. I was ok with the pricing & delivery charge but my issue is how it was delivered, very unprofessional. I would not recommend or do business here again. They had no concern for being safe or careful. They delivered the "brand new" couch without plastic or anything covering it which makes me wonder if it was the display which I was assured it wouldn't be. The delivery guys were all sweaty handling my couch and dripped sweat all over it, I was so disgusted. Their bodily fluids were literally on the couch. I asked him how the couch got wet and he non nonchalantly replied " sweat" ....this is the reason manufacturers put plastic over furniture. There were light dust stains and a hole on the front of the couch which I pointed out. They also came into my house without a mask on in the middle of COVID-19. I wasn't greeted when I came in the store or asked if I needed help and had to track someone down, that should've been a red flag on what the customer service was like but the staff was friendly so I went through with it. Read moreThey have some unique pieces of furniture but the service is not good at all. They have 2 female workers and one boss who walks around like he is someone very important. When you try to negotiate price with them, instead of working with you they basically say if you don’t like it leave which is very unprofessional and not how a store is run. I bought one bed frame from them. There was an issue with it and some missing screws and I called and was told I will be contacted back and then never was. Once you buy something from them they change the words they said beforehand and you can’t do nothing about it. Be careful when buying from them. Decent furniture but very shady owner and unprofessional. I’d recommend going to another store where the service is better, professional and more welcoming.
