I do not recommend working with âLazy Lizâ in this store. At least that was the name they gave us. So after coming in the store we were approached (not greated) by the sales rep and her energy and body language was almost offensive. I overlooked it as long as possible until she stepped away to help another customer and even greeted a new customer coming in the store, but she never came back to help us. When I asked her if she was coming back to help us she said âno, because I donât like the way you treated me.â I have never disrespected any sales clerk because I am in sales myself. Itâs as if she just didnât give a damn. Then she started talking to the other reps in SPANISH.    Read moreI have been with T-Mobile for several years and I when I have had to go into the store for something, I have generally used the downtown store. Recently I was shopping at Best Buy and noticed a T-Mobile store in the same shopping center, needing to exchange my wireless Beats Headphones,(that I had purchased at the downtown store) I decided to stop in while I was there. All I can say is WOW!! This store has at least double the amount of products and accessories as the other stores that I have been to! And the staff were extremely polite, and helpful! After a lengthy discussion (I asked a lot of questions) and testing a couple of different headphones, I walked out with the best set of earbuds I have ever had, and a sense of satisfaction that comes from making a truly educated selection and a sound purchase! My phone experienced a software install update and caused my phone to go green. Because my phone had a crack the store manager Nick said this will have to go through insurance. What???? I cannot see noth in my on my phone due to an update, this is a money scandal....a phone diagnostics was ran on my phone when I contacted the 1800#, and they were able to see the corruption and to save me time waiting for a replacement they advised me to go into the store.Ridiculous......wasted my time, gas, energy, and money...Better Business Bureau I am calling you after this post.
