I usually have to drive here from the westside because the consistency is better. I've still gotten a few from here that wasn't very good but I'd rather have average than bad so I come here most the time. Took away a star, the sauce today had way less seasoning and too much of a tomato paste flavor. Seems like jacks will never be as good or consistent as they were in the 80s and 90s and early 2000. Cost too much to hope yourpie is good There's a issue, the pie I just got definitely wasn't worth the price and even tho it looks great it's hard to eat. I drive from by the Indy 500 track to get your food. I'm already back home,I should of tasted it in the parking lot. Had to redit my review. I should just stop expecting a good jacks pizza how they use to be. Now the toppings are 40 percent of what they use to be but the price is $14 more. Only way I'm getting consistent jacks is if I open a store myself. Got a family feast again today and I'm so tired of paying good money for such inconsistentcy. Edit... How would you fix it? Remake the pizza sauce exactly to the recipe and make me another pizza? Or go back to the ingredients all jacks used before the raised prices and started using cheaper crust and cheese? I drive from the far westside hoping I get a decent one and some days the toppings are too thin for a $25 pizza or one day the sauce has no seasoning in it or one day a $35 pizza there's hardly no pepperoni and you can almost see the crust through the toppings. And I know it can be made right because it seems about 3 out of 10 are good and 2 out of 10 are almost how jacks was the first 30 years I've ate it. Unless I can get a replacement for what I got today and made right,I'm absolutely done with jacks. Today I had to get extra sausage just to get it the way it normally use to be and the sauce absolutely wasn't made to recipe and people aren't caring about how they make it when prepping. The reason I know the cheese has been switched to cheaper quality is because it doesn't taste the same the next day and the color is way different after it's cooled down and jack use to be good, hot cold,2 days later or 3 days later. You have to eat it same day preferably asap for it to be decent enough to eat. You can tell by the picture, just look up older real pics of jacks and you can see the cheese is worse even tho prices are up and the crust although close sucks compared to the original crust. And remember, only reason it looks normal is because I had to get extra sausage. Or you'd be able to see parts of the crust through the toppings and jacks sausage has always covered the whole pizza. Especially when you get sausage and pepperoni it was...

I ordered my pizza at 6:55 and it was at my door at 7:10 that is disgusting there is no way a pizza can be cooked to perfection in that fast . I also ordered 1 pound of their hot wings what a disgrace they were pitifully small and baked.. Who in this world likes chicken wings that taste like rubber and cardboard disgusting . We also ordered their steak hoagie horrible and I mean a horrible head this piece of meat on there that was processed garbage disgusting . Ā Ā Ā Read moreI asked to have 2 pizza's delivered to the front desk of St. Francis Hospital and the manager stated they do not deliver to the hospital due to COVID. Delivery entails entering the hospitals main entrance and dropping it off to the front desk, all who are wearing mask. The delivery person has a much greater chance of COVID exposure walking up to a household front door... Blind ignorance. BTW These pizza's were intended for the floor nurses working tirelessly through the night. Great job Jack's!
Response: Everyone's safety? Again, blind ignorance. You're going to tell me that it's less safe to deliver to a hospital's main entrance, where everyone is masked, sanitized, and practicing safe distancing, than it is to deliver to a residence/apartment door where the home owner may or may not have a mask and is within arms length of your deliverer? Head out...
