I've ordered from this jimmy johns multiple times, almost EVERY TIME i order from this location, they've screwed something up. Rather they, forget my drink or recieved the wrong drink. -Request extra mayo packets cause the NEVER put 'extra mayo' when requested, AND forgets the mayo packets.. -deliverer rudely yells, JIMMY JOHNS! -forgotten chips... Thats why Ive stopped tipping and just give the price amount. Not only is the responsibility of the employees but as well as the deliverer...ESPECIALLY if its noted on the receipt. I ordered a toasted sandwich on Uber Eats. They did not toast my sandwich for the 3rd time. I called to make sure they are doing toasted sandwiches and they said they did not toast a toasted sandwich because I have to put I want it toasted. You would think a sandwich being advertised as a toasted sandwich would already come toasted unless I put don't toast it. Order was confirm at 12:40 from a location 6 blocks away from our store. It took until 1:46 to get our food which was cold and drinks watered down. Called twice and got excuses both times for delay. Order was out with delivery driver for 40 mins before getting to our location. When I called to check on order two time no mention of offering anything for the crazy long delays. This is the second time I have had a problem with this location, last time I was charged double the listed special price.
