Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Used to order all of my pizzas from here but had a REALLY bad service order last time after they got a new manager and I'm not going to be ordering there anymore. Ordered online from their website. Had the wrong pizza delivered and half the order wasn't there. When I called about it, they said it wasn't them I should be calling, I should call the delivery service they use. That made zero sense. The delivery people don't know who I am and didn't take my money, Little Caesar's did. After 45 minutes struggling to explain this to the manager, she finally agreed to make us the pizza that we ordered but that we would have to come pick it up ourselves. We paid for delivery. She said there was no way for her to refund us for that delivery, essentially stealing money from us in the process.

The only thing they had to say was to contact the company they contract their delivery service with about it which is impossible because the delivery service did not take my money, therefore cannot refund it. They don't have contract with me, it's with Little Caesars.

Contacted Little Caesar's online about it, got zero answer back. We paid $30 dollars for one pizza, breadsticks, and a small soda, and it took us 2 hours and a LOT of unnecessary frustration and arguments just to get what we paid for.

Won't be ordering our bi-monthly pizza here anymore. It's sort of sad because I love Little Caesars but I'm not dealing with getting money...

I go in to the store on meridian st. It was like 9:30. I walk up the kid running the register is already waiting on another customer. While he is eating a piece of pizza, and talking with food in his mouth. He finishes up with the customer. So I go up to place my order. I asked for a sausage and pepperoni pizza. He tells me I can't get sausage and pepperoni on the same pizza. I then ask why not he tells me it is past the time for that order. I also tried to order breadsticks and he tells me they are out. Okay cool but in the cabinet where they keep the cheese cups and breadsticks. There is a cup of cheese that has spilled over. Cheese all over the inside of this cabinet. I pay for my pepperoni pizza. Then notice that all the other employees are outside outback. Probably smoking. He is the only person in there. So then he yells for the other employees to come help. I watch this guy go start helping to cut the pizzas and box them up doesn't wash his hands after he ate and handled money. Very unprofessional and the manager needs to be reminded of how to run a restaurant because she is just as...

Disappointed in the service received here. I happened to arrive early to notice an associate carelessly taking a pizza out of pans to transfer them to a box. I was thinking, I hope that isn't mine. Lo and behold, it was mine. (Strike 1) In addition, I ordered and paid online for a special that included Deep Dish, Crazy Bread & a 2 Liter soda, only to be told when I arrived that they were out of 2 Liters and that I'll have to seek a refund through the app. What? So I say, why don't you just give me a couple of 20ozs to equal the price of the 2 Liter. The associate says because "They told not to give the 20ozs for the 2 Liters." (Strike 2) Then I get home and the pizza & crazy bread are both undercooked! I had to put them both in the oven to cook them all the way through. (Strike 3) All the way around, a very poor customer care experience. I hadn't been to a Little Ceasar's in years, but saw the ad for the return of the Detroit Deep Dish.
