🎱 I joined the APA Pool League about three weeks ago, and last night, on a whim from my coach, shoutout 🗣️to Don Mueller, I decided to play in my first non APA tournament held here. It was an incredible experience, met a lot of great people and players and I’m excited to share a story that unfolded right here in Indy in front of my own 👀.

Among the competitors was a mom who had traveled all the way from Pittsburgh, not for the tournament, but to bring her son to the last U.S. Taylor Swift concert happening right here in Indy in this weekend. (INDY is her last U.S. concert of The Eras Tour before going to Canada)With a little research and networking she found the tournament and decided to bring her cue to join the tournament for fun during her downtime.

Well Lo and Behold, one by one, she skillfully took down her opponents, inching her way through a field of approximately 35 other players. With each match, her focus and determination only grew stronger, leading her all the way to the final game.

Ultimately in an amazing finish, she nailed the game-winning shot to claim the victory! I was lucky enough to capture a video of that final, triumphant shot. 🎉🏆

I can never thank Johnny for all he has done for me over the years he has truly treated me like family he helped me after I had a wreck and has still continued to help me I’ve recently had some health issues that put me in the hospital got out and had to go back in was told by my doctors that I could not continue doing the same work I’ve done all my life so it’s been had finding something I could do at my age I was able to get a new job but then I had some mechanical issues with my truck did not have the money to pay for repairs but thanks again to Johnny he has taken care of me also during this time I was not able to make my payments Johnny has been ever so kind to me through all of this I promise you no one can understand the gratitude I have truly Johnny’s is the only place I will ever buy a vehicle from cause they really do treat you like you are a part of their family I’m so very humbled by Johnny’s. ...

As a Deaf person I tried to be friendly and say that my drink wasn’t up to par and I saw the bartender skimp on the alcohol so I politely asked for a stronger drink and she got angry after refusing to make either a Kamakze or a Vodka Collin’s so I settled for a Vodka and Tonic and I saw her kinda cut the alcohol and fill up the glass with tonic. I tasted it and politely asked for a stronger drink. She huffed and said she would charge me for an extra shot. I said okay and she grabbed the bottle and made a show of topping off the drink with crashing the bottle against the deck. I was stunned. I don’t think I ever will come back here again with that kind of attitude. Nice pool tables but no thanks. All because of an angry older bartender. Don’t waste...
