So I’ve been to this place a few times. Always thought it was decent, but always felt like they were understaffed because service was never great. Last night our group of nine arrived and threw a few table together. The place was only slightly busy. Our drinks came out pretty quickly and a couple people ordered appetizers. Almost 90 minutes later and NO food! One member of our group decided they needed to go and tried to cancel their order. This is where things go south… Our waitress, Hayley, starts yelling at the person wanting to cash out. ‘You can’t come in here with 12 people on a game night and expect to get your order out immediately!’ They exchanged some opinions and Hayley got red and was even shaking! It was the craziest thing I’ve ever seen in a restaurant/bar. That is when we all (9) decided we were leaving. The manager? tries to deliver the apps that were ordered over an hour and twenty minutes ago. We informed him that we were leaving. Then Hayley brings our tab all on one check because ‘When there are more than four people in a group I can put the whole order on one tab’. She was trying to be passive aggressive I guess. Then goes on to say, you need to remember this is a sports bar and there is a game tonight so we get very busy. Trying to resurrect some kind of tip?? I’m done. All of us decided that would be our last time inside Keystone...

I have frequented this restaurant so much that it isn’t even funny…..even at the old location, like two times a week. Service used to be great but that recently changed. Tonight I called for delivery for some wings. I get delivery ALL THE TIME. I recently got delivery last Wednesday, literally 5 days ago and had no issue. I pulled up right after the young man had gotten to my house. I took the food and gave line a $5 tip for a $14 dollar order. Fast forward to today. I called for delivery and was told that in my account was a “do not deliver to” message satiating that months ago I didn’t tip a driver. I thought there has to be a mistake. The older gentlemen who I spoke to sounded irritated and usually does when I call and specialize my order. He sounded irritated tonight as he told me I can come pick it up but they would not deliver to me. I asked for a manager as I am sure this is a mistake or misunderstanding. I was told someone who was the owner named Josh would give me a call right back in about 10 minutes. Respectfully, I left my number and waited for a callback which never came. I patronize this place 2-3 times a week…..tonight was very unfortunate and I definitely felt disrespected as a customer and that the service level was very low. I don’t see myself being a customer of...

I wanted to share my recent experience at Keystone Sports Review. I had placed my order over the phone in advance because I drive semi and straight trucks for work, and I needed the food ready when I arrived.

When I got there, I let the waitress know that I planned to sit down and eat, but she told me I couldn’t. This was surprising and disappointing, especially since there were about twenty empty seats during the afternoon. I didn’t think to take a picture, but it was clearly not a crowded time.

I’ve been a longtime supporter of your business—even going back to when the brothers ran the old location on Keystone. I once returned a $50 bill to the younger brother when he thought it was only a $5. That’s how much I respected and supported your establishment.

Unfortunately, after this experience, I didn’t even stay to get my food. I walked over to Dairy Queen instead. I don’t plan on returning, which is truly...

The establishment is quite spacious and has an open layout, although the parking lot may be a bit unconventional. The waitress was very friendly and attentive, which was truly appreciated. The menu offers a wide variety of options, perhaps it could be condensed slightly. The dishes we ordered for the table were all well received and enjoyed by everyone. The pickles were freshly battered and delicious, while the wings were crispy, freshly prepared, and generously coated in sauce. The side of carrots and celery were also fresh and cut nicely. Overall, we had a great experience and are excited to come back and try more items on the menu.

Got take away Thursday 4/25/24 Very unclear where to pick up to-go orders but was told by a server to go to the bar Bartender acknowledged me, but took a while to get my food Pretty busy since it was NFL Draft night Got wings & a pizza Mixed bag: wings were delicious & they are generous on ranch or bleu cheese Pizza was waaaay over done as you can see in the picture. Didn’t care for the sauce (too sweet) & sausage is spicy! We both ate one piece & threw the rest away Parking is strange, everyone parks around the perimeter in a big square Typical dive bar with locals

They’ve only been open since Tuesday 3/5. Limited Menu.. Wings, Pizza and circled items. Wear a jacket if you go. They have a ventilation problem in the kitchen, so when any fried food is cooked it fills the room. The only way to clear the air is to open the front door. They’ve only been open five days, so it’s going to be slow going, they’re still trying to figure it out. The cheese with the breadsticks tasted weird. Onion Rings were ok. We’ll try again later.
