If I did not have to rate a star then they would have not even got 1 star. I took my family through the drive through to order lunch. One of the managers who took the order was rude and unenthusiastic about taking the order. Note I had made two orders because I had a friend who wanted something different. When I go to the window to make the first payment for the first order I said I will pay with the cash I have here and the rest on my card. The young man tells me that he will not complete the transaction the way I want to because the second order was lower than the first. I explained that was my friends order and that I would not be paying for it. After going back and forth another young woman came to the window and rudely took the money from the guy and said "I'll do it because she wants it done this way and I'll accidentally cuss her out" so she makes the transaction and the guy hands me back my card. I asked to speak to the manager whom they said his name was Chris. The young man then said Chris does not want to come to the window. The shock of how rude that was. So the young girl who said she was going to cuss me out comes to the window with my food asks if there is a problem and I explained to her that the customer service was terrible and that I wanted to speak with a manager. Finally she moves to the side and let's a different manager speak to me. I explained to her what the issue is and while I'm talking to the manager the girl starts arguing with me from the window and all the manager would say is stop but the girl continued to argue with me. It was the most horrible experience ever. It was obvious that the employees are allowed to behave in this manner. This place is fruit loops. I was in recently and ordered a blizzard with EXtra snickers (no chocolate syrup). I paid the 89 cent up charge, no problem. What I was given was a cup full of vanilla soft serve with a smidgen of candy. I flagged it and the DT attendant got angry and combative and kept declaring "I PUT TWO SCOOPES IN!!" I dont pretend to know how to make a blizzard, so im just "dude, you're seeing the same thing I am..." at that point he switched to "DO YOU WANT ME TO REMAKE IT??" Initially I was like no. Cause you're telling me it's correct as is. It's gonna be the same?? But I ended up asking them to remake (I mean, look at the pics.) He remade it and sure enough, EXACTLY the same. I asked to speak to shift lead, as the problem is visibly obvious. At that point he hollered he's the owner. I think maybe the dude felt like i was stealing his candy??? Stopped by for lunch and was highly disappointed and frustrated. Window attendant was not very polite. She had a scowl on her face when she approached me at the window. Told me my total, took my card, passed it back, followed by the food and drinks, and immediately closed the window. I ordered the fish combo. I asked for extra tartar sauce and onion. As you can see from the pic, the extra tartar was definitely missing. Most of my lettuce was brown, and there was only a small piece of onion on my sandwich. Some of my fries were old and cold. No greeting and no thank you. My passenger was missing toppings (lettuce & tomato) from her burger.
