Shout out to Bailey, Danielle, Elaine, and Shannon for being the absolute best! They will make your day every time, and they go out of their way to get to know you and to help you. I don't know how they accomplish this, providing personalized care all while juggling tons of competing priorities during peak rush at the pub. I hope management gives them more raises and bonuses, for they deserve those and more. God bless you all! 🙏✝️❤️🔥🕊️
Kip's Pub hands-down makes the best burgers in town. The patties here are hot, tender, juicy, and seasoned to perfection BEFORE any sauces are added. The grilled vegetables are grilled to perfection and provide tender-crisp balance to the hot, juicy patty. Instead of providing all the flavor, the sauces help the patty's natural flavor and seasoning to shine. That is what a top tier burger is. 🍔 Unlike those high-end, highfalutin burger joints that smother their "high quality" burgers with sauces, bacon, and even jams, all to mask the fact that they don't know how to grill a burger.
I especially recommend the Teriyaki Mushroom and Swiss burger, adding leaf lettuce, sliced tomato, and extra portions of grilled onions. 🍔 🥬 🍅 🧅 🍄 Plus you can add extra vegetable toppings for no additional charge, so do take that opportunity to load up on tasty veggies! 🥬 🍅 🧅 🍄
To give you an indication of where they stand among burger restaurants, Kip's Pub sits four steps above those highfalutin "burgers" at Scotty's Brewhouse, BuffaLouie's, and Four Day Ray's Brewing. Take away the globs of sauces and jams, and you'll find that Scotty's and Four Day Ray's burgers are chewy and tasteless. Kip's Pub sits three steps above Steak 'n Shake and Shake Shack, two steps above Five Guys and Bru Burger Bar, either one step above or on the same level as Bricker's Pub (depending on who grilled the burger at Bricker's Pub), and on the SAME level as That Burger Joint/Oberweis. This means that Kip's Pub burgers are top-tier!
But top-tier food isn't the only thing you'll find here. Kip's Pub has an amazing community, with plenty of activities and events! Giant television screens for sports, plenty of pool tables, a stage for karaoke night, and other activities such as trivia night! Everything you need for a perfect night out!
5/5; would...
Read moreI honestly hope the owner looks at these reviews. When I found out that Kips sold I thought I'd love to see what's new. One thing I loved about the original owned Kips was the service. They were always on point, Tracy behind the bar servers very attentive. I have come to the bar quite a few times typically for Tuesday karaoke and other random nights in between and always, the service is awful. Recently I had come in about a month or two ago with a new server Shannon who is quite attentive and very nice yet she had to wait on her drinks because the bartender was always outside or not behind the bar. If we asked to move to a bigger table due to we had more people coming a server who had it prior would say it is still taken even though no one was sitting there after 30 minutes it was just trashed which made us believe they just didn't want to clean it off. It seems the staff that is currently there would rather drink or hang in the DJ booth then serve customers which has made people that I've brought in tell me they will not go back. The kitchen closes extremely early or you can't even get celery due to the strict rules of the kitchen being closed?? I would think with new owners they would want their staff to be attentive, especially with so many people looking for jobs. I'm really contemplating getting my liquor license and asking for a closing shift because I feel like anybody that cares just a little bit would give...
Read more11-4 2023 @8pm .. First time checking this place out. Walked in and instantly greated with "ID"s?" Not a hello not a smile. Friend ordered a beer off their chalkboard and male bartender leaned over and asked "where do you see that?" In a very hateful tone. We found another beer, no problem at all. But what we witnessed while we were there was insane. He told a group of Hispanic men to "go away" while shoving his hand out. They did not understand they couldn't walk up to the bar. But the way he spoke to them made me sick to my stomach. My suspicion was proven correct when a white male walked up to the same spot and the male bartender let him order. While we sat there, we also overheard this man tell a group of guys that a three Wiseman was three separate shots? 😳 We looked around, and everyone at the bar rail had the same confussed look on their face with this man's attitude. Our food came out and was cold so after all this. We just left... will not return and yall need to get bartender under control becasue after reading reviews he seems to be the issue in...
