We normally love this location and generally order here every weekend but when you have to make 2 trips to get everything you ordered because they can't get it right really sucks, especially in freezing cold! Then you get back home to find out the French toast you ordered is burnt on one side but they flipped the good side up to try and hide it plus my food is now cold. That was a waste of $60 for 3 people to have breakfast. Do better Lincoln Square! I'll be spending my money elsewhere!

Today my son and I decided to dine in at Lincoln Square Pancake House for a late breakfast. My son had classic buttermilk pancakes, which he said were "So light and fluffy"and a sausage and egg and cheese croissant sandwich with classic hash browns! I enjoyed the German Skillet. Which exceeded my expectations. Our server Bri was absolutely fantastic. Service was perfect. Food was magnificent. Great atmosphere as well. Overall grade (A+) Great job Lincoln Square!!

Breakfast with friends was really enjoyable here. The bagel sandwich was delicious and the bagel was chewy yet soft, perfect for sandwiches. The brown sugar cinnamon poppers are potent and so delicious. The hash browns were cooked nicely and the egg was seasoned well. The service was great, the restaurant was clean as well. It's a bit crowded with seating and the way the pay counter shares the exact same 4 square inches with the entrance way.

Well. To start out, our waiter was dripping sweat everywhere. It was very muggy and humid inside the business. My fiance ordered a Pepsi, I ordered a coffee with refills. He wrote down our drink orders. Waiter showed up with two Pepsi's. Red flag #1. Upon ordering, my fiance got the chimichanga breakfast burrito with a side of queso cheese and I ordered the pancake platter. The platter comes with either two French toasts, 2 mini waffles or 2 pancakes, and also bacon and sausage links. I told him I would like the pancake platter with scrambled eggs and a side of hash browns. So you would think the cooks would know what comes with a platter right? Wrong. My fiance received his chimichanga, which was cold to the touch but steaming on the inside (it was fried), but he didn't receive his queso. I received 2 pancakes, and an order of TURKEY bacon with 2 scrambled eggs. Not regular bacon, no sausage links and no hash browns. Red flag #2. Upon me telling him this is not what I ordered, he seemed confused. I told him I never said anything about turkey bacon, I never received my sausage links, and I also didn't get my hash browns. He says, "I thought you said you didn't want the sausage links?" Mind you, I never said anything about any meats because again, I assumed that the cooks understood that the platter comes with bacon and sausage. So the waiter says he apologizes and he will have the hash browns taken off the ticket and that I will still receive them. My fiance takes a few bites of his food and it is bland. No flavor. The waiter comes back with just hash browns, no sausage for me and no queso for my fiance. Red flag #3. My fiance reminds him that he still needs his queso and I also asked about my sausage, which the waiter then says the sausage would be extra now. Screw that. By now, I'm fed up with this entire experience. We continue to eat what food we did receive and we over hear the same waiter talking to his other table next to us. He's complaining that his last table gave him a small tip and one of those religious cards with psalms and verses on it. WHAT. Red flag #4. I've never served, but I know plenty of people who have and those are two things you do not discuss with customers. Religion and your tips. Anyways, we received the ticket, I still left this guy a 25% tip because everything wasn't his fault and servers don't make great money. We boxed the majority of food we had, paid, then left. Now, here I am reviewing this place. I will never return here again, for many reasons as I've stated. Hopefully, they can manage their business and...

I was expecting far more based on the reviews, and being from out of town you tend to rely on honest reviews. The food was average breakfast food. We went on 7/31/2020 for breakfast. My husband got the country fried steak breakfast, one of my children and I got the pancake platter, we got an order of corned beef hash, and one of our children got the impossible burger. Our breakfast food was average at best. It began nicely as the coffee was strong and tasty. I had high hopes. Then we waited for a very long time for our food to come out(about an hour), and there were hardly any patrons in the restaurant. We usually don't mind waiting if the food is good. Service was abysmal!!! Very slow, our server kept forgetting everything, and when you needed something she wasn't around. Other people brought our food out, and she didn't even come by to make sure everything was OK until after the rest of my family was nearly finished eating. The people who brought the food out instantly took the corned beef hash away and said he was going to have it re-made because it looked terrible, having never been there before we wouldn't have known, I was appreciative though of them looking out for us. Then when the server finally came back to the table, I asked her about them and she said they told her it was already brought out to the table, "which was very frustrating" to her. Then I reminded her about the hot sauce, order of regular hash browns, corned beef hash, and cinnamon butter which were ordered and she said she would bring it back. I had to wait to eat my food another 20 minutes for her to come by again at which point she still had not brought those items back. I still hadn't been able to begin eating my meal because I needed something for every part of the meal. By that point, my food was nearly cold, and everyone else was nearly finished eating. The bacon was weird, like it wasn't real bacon, and the food, like I said at the beginning was average at best. The pancakes were OK and had decent flavor being by far the best thing that I ate there(which isn't saying much). Also, our server along with another staff I saw was wearing their mask under their nose, which doesn't really do much to help the spread of anything. We aren't too worried about this as we've been out and about recently, but I know other people might be. I would not recommend anyone waste their money or time on...

I am a big tipper and I don’t generally complain. Most of the time I am understanding of mistakes. I usually look forward to going here. This is the worst experience I’ve had here in several years. My fiancé and I are loyal customers until today . We had a terrible server.

First, we asked for unsweetened ice tea. She brought coffee. My fiancé was nice enough to just keep the coffee.

Next , I ordered Veggie skillet with no peppers or cheese with hash browns on the side. My egg choice was scrambled eggs. When the order came I had fried eggs on top of hash browns. The server said those are scrambled eggs . I said no they aren’t. I also had about 3 leaves of spinach and 3 tiny tomato pieces. Did not look like much to eat for $13.00.

When it was brought back I only got half an order of eggs ! So I give up trying to get eggs. No mushrooms at all. I had to get up to get the extra napkins I asked for. I also asked for a cup so I can take my water home and she brought me a full new water . My intent is not to waste precious water. Server did not listen !

The assistant manager stepped in and said he would talk to the cook. If the owner was there he would have comped my meal (at least I would). Nope no adjustment to the $34 bill. Oh and no tip either. I rarely do that.

So I didn’t get much to eat and my visit was ruined. I won’t be wanting to go here for a very long time. Very poor service, not enough food to justify the price.

Bad service and poor value= I don’t come back and I...
