I ordered a delivery order of 15 wings with fries and a cup of coleslaw. The wings and fries, per usual, were fantastic. The amount you get for the dollars you pay are fantastic. This will definitely feed me for two days. My complaint is the amount of Cole slaw you get. They put it in the same small cup that they put their hot sauce in. It’s barely two spoons worth. This is extremely sad and disappointing because the slaw has a really great taste.

07/11/24 UPDATE: Establishing solid communication was a little rocky to start with, but there is a valid and acceptable reason behind it - so I will not hold it against them. After speaking with the owners, she inquired as to my thoughts and opinions as to what would be a better solution. She advised me that they’re going to be increasing the cup size for the coleslaw and that she had already had similar thoughts about the size.

The fact that she took the time to apologize for the inconvenience, inquired more about my feedback and that she actively seeks a resolution says volumes for the customer service.

After speaking with the owners and obtaining that follow-through customer service to find a solution, I changed my rating to 5 stars. Any establishment that shows genuine concern about their customers and wants to actively seek a solution definitely deserves a good rating.

BUYER Beware!!! This is the second time this has happen to me at this same location. I work very close to this place I went there for lunch , my total was 4.89 (should have been) first he charged me 4.35 which was the old menu price, they recently increased their prices for certain items. Check my online bank later that day I see two transactions pending one for 4.35 and one for 4.89 they both said pending so I assumed one would fall off and the correct one would go through. On January 24 (day of my visit) the next day a payment for 4.89 posted however the 4.35 payment was still pending. On January 26 the payment for 4.35 went through also. I called my bank they stated one transaction is for January 22 and the other for January 24 I only visited that store once this week!! How are they able to change the purchase dates?! 😳 luckily I took a screenshot of my account the day they both were pending showing that they actually happen on the 24th . In the summer I was over charged I went back to the location and they refunded me the difference. This is wrong how can a business continue to make mistakes on prices and overcharge people I do not believe this is conincedence that this has happened to me twice, I believe it’s done intentionally to certain customers hoping they will not notice. Shame on you Jordan’s!!! I will be going to the location today to ask for my money yes it’s only 4.35...
