Cessar Tacos — Restaurant in Indianapolis

If you are Black or any other race other than Mexican or white DO NOT GO HERE!!! I walked in at 9:36pm and did not receive my food until 10:37pm. I ordered 4 tacos. There were at max from the time I was there 12 people in the restaurant. Myself, 3 other black gentleman, a white lady and about 6 Hispanic men. Me and the other black gentlemen were literally the last people to receive food. The owner seemed nice and very talkative, I’m not a fluent Spanish speaker but I know enough to understand. I walk out think everything is fine. I get outside and give the food to my friend and the order was wrong. My friend who is Mexican then goes back in to correct the order and this is where I say do not go here unless you are Mexican or white. She goes in and he says to her “that guy knew not to come back in here because I would have sent him back with the wrong order, but sense you are one of “mine” I will help you. Now mind you I waited an hour for my order and my friend waited 5 mins to get the same order remade. He then refers to me and every other black person as a “Moyo” which basically means the hard “R”. Well excuse me sir if you don’t like our people then don’t open a restaurant in predominantly black neighborhood. I spent my hard earned money here and didn’t even eat the food I was so upset. Please do not support this business, people like that do not deserve anything acting that...

Felt like grabbing some lunch so I decided to try Cesar Tacos based on the reviews and that it was nearby. There was a line which I took for a good a sign and I don't mind waiting, but as soon as it was my turn the girl behind the counter disappeared to check her phone and help bag orders. She ended up staying away so long the cook came over and asked what I wanted so he could start making it. Cool dude too. When the front of house girl came back there was no apology for making me or the rest of us wait just looked at me like 'yeah?' So service needs to step up my friends. The burrito was a good size but the al pastor was fatty and not very good. I was really disappointed. The tables were mostly dirty and several needed to be bussed so people could sit. Overall it was a poor visit and I would not return. It had the "hole-in-the-wall" vibe that got me excited and reminded me of a real taco joint from back home but it did...

Wow, so glad I stopped here after home depot! The Birria is awesome! So good I eat in, then got take out for my husband to have later on lol... the meat melts and is flavorful, the shells are soooo crispy. The sauces are good, I like the green sauce and of course consume (spelled right?). The man behind the counter was super nice and he gave me a sample of this Hella spicy pork and beans. Honestly, could have eaten a vat of that,...lol. The staff was really fast and nice. I don't know what the other reviews are talking about.
