Make sure you know the prices and are charged appropriately. They tried to hustle me for an extra $5 and wanted to call it a discount. Since when should a gyro meal 8.99, jalepenos $1, and a 3pc $3.99, total $19.79. I ask guy to take off the 3pc because $20 was ridiculous. Then my total goes down to 14.25 and he tells me he'll give me a discount on the chicken (u mean youll charge me the correct price). I insist that i dont want chicken and he still tells me my total is 14. 25 for a gyro and jalepenos. After i told the guy to re-ring my order, he returns my $5. After getting my food i express to him I didnt like the fact he tried to hustle me, he tried to insist he was giving me a discount on chicken. Food was ok but the customer service from the guy running it is horrible, his lack of knowledge for online service shows and having a plan for customers satisfaction when it is his fault for not blocking food orders when it is not available prevent me for giving a higher rating on the food. Sir as a owner if you do not know how to block an item on your online menu, you should let your customers know when they come to pickup their food that you don’t have that item and have some kind of accommodations for them since you have no idea how far they drove to pickup their food. Placed a large chicken order on Friday for Monday. I wasn't sure if they were going to have it ready so I called about 3 hours early just to make sure they knew I was going to be there for pick up. He assured me it would be ready but asked me to call 20 minutes before I came so it would hot. So I did and I was not disappointed. He did a great job.
