It's really hard for me to write a negative review. I try to focus on the positive things in everything and there are a few positives about today's encounter but the negative experience unfortunately overshadows the positive. Pulling up I was immediately greeted with "All orders will take 10-15 minutes" . No welcome to long John Silvers, we are experiencing some technical difficulties.... You get it. So I say no problem bc my wife wants this and I'm going to wait however long it takes. No problem. So I pull up to the window to place my order. A two piece chicken large, fries and a Pepsi. The employee says " At least it will be fresh" well I hope so. Isn't supposed to be fresh? Then I am directed to park in the back where there are at least 10 other cars waiting. Ok no worries, I have some emails to read. Not a big deal. Finally after 18 mins 32 seconds. Order comes out. Food is hot and fresh. However, my wife likes tarter sauce with the hush puppies. So, seeing that there is only 1 tarter sauce but tons of extra sauces I didn't ask for, I park again go inside and ask for some extra tarter sauce. Here's the problem. The employee says " I can only give you 2" . Really, you can give me all these sauces that are going into the trash but when I'd like some extra tarter, which I'm willing to pay for btw, she refuses. Dear corporate of Long John Silvers. It's time to shut this location down. The lot is trashed, the staff is overworked and obviously underpaid. The overall facility is an eye sore. I guarantee if I went into Carmel or Greenwood, extra sauce would have been offered no problem. I bet that the corporate vision for how to speak to customers would be a bit more articulated in a professional manner. Please understand that I have no problem waiting almost 20 mins for a 12 combo. I have no problem and fully understand that the place is most likely understaffed. I do have a problem with how a person speaks to another person. Effective communication to me is communication conducted first and foremost with respect. Considering it is the customers that actually keep the doors open. I hope you can resolve the issues within your organization but I promise you this. We will never go back to this...
Read moreFirst of all, I wanna say we have not been to Long John Silvers for at least a year and a 1/2 probably closer to 2 years. So I guess we will not be back any time soon after tonight. Not only did they get our order wrong, But we were missing items, not just 1 or 2. But actually 4 and also not ONE thing was hot so that leads me to believe that nothing was made fresh, and that it had to have been sitting for a while. So then I tried to call them and guess what? DISCONNECTED!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!. When my husband went there to get food. He said it was not busy at all. Not the drive through and not the inside. So when I tried to call so we could come back and get our order done correctly, Or get reimbursed, again no one answered. I tried calling several times. Now I don't know if this particular store is independently owned or not. But I'm not happy at ALL!!!! So unless you do not care about your food. I suggest you do not go to this...
Read moreIt doesn't matter rather you are the only car or not they will have you pull behind the building- which by the way is not a safe place to be parked-...and you will be waiting a solid 30 minutes on any day of the week. I ordered food from there yesterday and they brought it out to me after a very very long wait and I grabbed a French fry and it was cold...not a little bit but completely cold. I tried calling them to ask why they gave me cold fries and long and behold the number is disconnected. HORRIBLE RESTAURANT, HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLY COLD FOOD. It's sad because if they fixed these things there business would sky rocket due to its location but everyone around here knows what to expect. You make someone wait for 30-50 minutes for food they will never come back. So if I were this place I'd focus on getting new money in bcuz they have ruined it for the people that live around here.
