McDonald's — Restaurant in Indianapolis

All of the lady female workers were extremely rude today. The manager lady with the waves & side bangs who looked kind of older asked if I was, "Deontae". I said, "Ma'am That's A Man's name, I'm A Woman, I don't look like A Man at all". I have curves. The other ladies who were cooking & working on the drive thru, kept complimenting me & I smiled & thanked them numerous of times. One lady actually walked up to me & tried to keep touching me after I had asked her nicely. The main lady that had kept complimenting me & then started the bullying towards me while her colleagues followed along to say rude & mean things decided to go from you look so pretty, to I can see if you had on A real fur coat, call me out of my name, tried to say that I was dressed like I'm in A motorcycle club & my coat probably has bedbugs in it while laughing the entire time & etc. I kept it professional, because unlike like you all who are twice my age, & older then my Mother's age. I've dealt with bullies before. I told the lady that I pray that her day gets better, since she & her colleagues couldn't find anyone their own size & age to bully. Th

Also, when someone says don't touch them, especially if you don't know them, it's not because of what they have on, it's because you all had negative, nasty spirits, & energy, & I could feel that you all were about to gang up on me & I didn't want that bad energy to transmit onto me!

The younger guy who's the youngest, was the only nice & respectful person & for someone reason the Lady manager that was on duty this morning had stated for him not to ring me up.

It's as almost as if they A plan in place to compliment me & then to belittle me.

I can see why almost no one was in the drive thru, or standing in line inside the restaurant.

It's due to your rude & evil workers at this specific McDonald's...

UPDATE: Easiest way to explain this is my past 3 visits. My final 3! I am done! Visit 1: Ordered frappe with my food. Nothing mentioned about them not having any. I get to the second window to pick up and they tell me they do not have it, and asked if I would I like a pie in place of it. I agreed to the pie and then they asked me to pull forward until my food was ready. I advised the young man that a pie does not quite equal the price of a frappe. When he brought my food to my car, I advised that there was something missing from the bag. When he returned, he only brought the pie! So, I had to go inside to get my remaining sandwich. Visit 2: Did not acknowledge right side drive-thru.. again! Parked again, brought order.. incomplete. Had to get out and demand the rest of my order again! Today, visit 3: I was not recognized on the right side of the drive-thru. After watching three cars place their order on the left and advance, I moved to the first drive-through window and told her I need to order. Naturally, when I got to the second window they wanted to park my car because I had just placed the order. He brought my food to the car, and 10 piece nuggets were missing from the bag. I had to go inside to retrieve those as well as sauce. After arriving home I realized that all of the sandwiches included in my order were made in correctly. No special order sandwiches, when 3 of them should have been. To top it off, the beef patties were so burnt, they tasted like charcoal. I tried to contact management but there is no answer after repeatedly dialing their phone number. Decided to come here to warn others to save themselves a headache and travel on to the next one.

The staff here are all incredibly rude, loud, and always have an attitude. When you pull up to the window they immediately start by screaming at you if you’re going to be using your mobile app. If you say yes they immediately scream for the code. If you don’t have the code ready yet then their attitude gets worse. They have 0 manners, 0 customer service skills, they are rude when you order, rude when you pay, and rude when you get your food. If you say thank you they don’t respond and slam the window shut. They mess up my order every single time I go to this location but if you ask them to correct it they make it seem like you’re trying to steal from them. I had to go inside once to have my order corrected and as I was walking in three ladies were walking out talking about how rude the staff were and how they’d never go to that location again. And as soon I walked in all the staff were extremely confrontational and wouldn’t help me without a receipt despite me having just came through the drive thru 1 minute prior. The staff was so confrontational over a sandwich I was charged for and paid for but THEY forgot to put in the bag and it was like 3 staff members trying to gang up on me and acting like they were about to fight me over a sandwich. Honestly all corporate needs to do is play the cameras back and you will see how the entire staff at this location treats the customers on a daily basis. This is the location around the corner from my house so I’ve here every day of the week, all hours of the day and had many different staff take my order and this is my experience EVERY time. I’ve never had a single pleasant experience from that location in the entire year and a half I have lived at my home. They are disgusting. Management...
