Noble Roman's Craft Pizza & Pub — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I normally love Sicilian Pizza, Noble Roman's and small pizza joints. This place was terrible. There was a particular employee who should not have been anywhere near customers, he was not pleasant, he was short, he cursed in front of several customers while complaining about other customers. He was rude if you asked a question about the menu or deals being offered. But, despite that we stayed and tried the food. It was awful. We ordered 2 kids pizzas, 1 personal pan pepperoni and a large Cheese party Sicilian style pizza and some bread sticks. The kids are their pizzas but complained it tasted flat and burnt. We got our large pizza and I literally had to spit it out because it was burnt so badly. My husband went and told them and they said that's how the style of pizza is made (which is very much false, I know Sicilian pizza and it is not typically burnt) and when my husband said we could not eat it, he said they would make another one and just cook it less. It came out looking pretty similar to the first one but we tried it nonetheless. It was awful. I tried to just grin and bear it but I almost threw up after two bites. We gave up and just left. The customer service is something I would have looked past but the pizza being so bad that we literally couldn't eat it cannot be ignored. I do not know if they need to clean the ovens or rework their recipe but we will definitely not be back to this location. Be warned, we spent over $50 and had to grab a second dinner on the way home because the pizza really was that bad. I regret that I didn't take a picture of it but as I looked at other reviews, I noticed others posting images of the burnt pizzas. I would go to another pizza joint...

Ordered large reg crust cheese pizza with extra sauce which was just sorta ok. Also ordered a large deep dish pepperoni pizza which had no sauce on it and it was the thinnest, worst tasting pepperoni I’ve ever had in my life! It did not even taste like pepperoni. Couldn’t even eat and threw the dead fish away. Called simply to complain and talked to Richard who said he was the manager. He said first thing Monday morning he’d process a refund. I asked if I needed to bring in the uneatennpizza or ky debit card and he said no. Tuesday when I hadn’t seen the refund I called and he said it was a bank j hi kliday due to Juneteenth and that I should see it in a couple of days. Went in today because I haven’t seen refund yet and I was told that Richard wasnt there. I will never buy anything from this joint again and am calling my bank to dispute the charge. Wasn’t looking for a refund when I called to complain but at this point I want my money back because that is what was promised! From the looks of things not too many folks eat there. I am in the area frequently and never see folks there. I SEE WHY!!! I don’t think they’ll be able to remain in business with pizza and attitudes like I have...

We are in the hospital just down the road. Ordered a medium deep dish and kids spaghetti and breadsticks. It cost $35.00. when we got it back to the room and got ready to eat, there wasn't even enough spaghetti to cover the bottom of the container. So I sent my husband back to tell them we needed a little more to make it worth the money. They told him it was a kids meal and that was all that came with it. He told him that they were a pricey restaurant. After discussing it a bit further the man said he would give him more but the next time he would charge us for another meal. Once we were able to eat it was cold and they gave us no silverware so we had to eat it with a spoon and it tasted like plastic. The breadsticks were tinier than before and so was the pizza. We were aware of the cost to eat here, it is a lot, but we still expect to have an equitable amount of food and we do expect to be treated as though we were the customer and not just a hassle. Hopefully we will never see this...
