Not such a great experience on a rainy day. I had plans to stay in the house all day but became hungry around 4:30 pm. At this time I decided to call the restaurant to see if they were busy and if they still sold the imposter burger as this option was not available on the carry-out menu. The lady who answered the phone informed me that the establishment was not busy.

Once I arrived I decided to dine-in instead of placing a carry-out order. Upon entry there wasn't anyone at the hostess stand which was fine with me and there were only 4 people sitting at the bar in 2 groups of 2. There were also a couple of families in the dining room and a larger group in a private room. I chose a seat at one of the four corners of the bar. Once I sat down a server retrieved drinks from the bartender. The bartender continued to make drinks. A lady then walked through the door and grabbed a menu and sat at the other end of the bar. The bartender continued to make drinks without any contact. A few more minutes passed and a couple walked in and walked around me but the tv wasn't playing what they wanted to watch so they walked back to the other side of the bar. Time passed and the bartender greeted them and then asked them what they wanted. The gentleman stopped him and told him I was there before them and to assist me. The bartender came over and asked me if I wanted anything to drink. I told him I would like a menu and a glass of water. He walked away and on his return he gave the couple a couple of menus and THEN brought me a menu and NO water. He proceeded to give the couple two beers and again still no water. I know it takes longer to serve two beers because you have to make sure there is less frothy foam before serving. He assisted the people who were already at the bar and then he answered the phone. At this time he gave me anxiety and it wasn't good for me to stay at this establishment any longer.

Perfect restaurant for ANY OCCASION.

Amazing food and I mean fresh great produce amazing meats this place has it all. Clean all around. Bathrooms clean restaurant clean kitchen that can be seen from floor clean

Bar clean Staff friendly attentive and accurate we told our waitress one time that we didn’t want mishrooms and got our drinks come back and said ok so no mushrooms she actually took the time to listen intently to what we said. And then when we tried to give her accolades she simply said

Well I should be able to do that. It’s just part of my job. A very positive and refreshing outlook.

Critics may say well yes Leah that’s what servers do and I would say while that is the hope

not all wait staff and kitchen staff are always as good as the people at the rusty bucket are.

A little everything for...

I have been going to the Rusty Bucket for several years. I go for their exceptional service and their Blackened Salmon Salad. As usual, service by Katy was exceptional. Salad was the worst! I had just been there a couple of weeks ago. Apparently, they changed their menu and servings two days ago. Salad was served in a small bowl with mostly cabbage and an odd assortment of greens. I had to ask for a plate as it was falling out all over the table. Katie was more than gracious to bring me a plate. Serving styles with all ingredients had changed. A few bits of strawberries and cheese. Salmon was good. Usually extraordinary with many other fruits and vegetables, etc. Katie profusely apologized. I explained to her it was not her fault. It was like a pile of cabbage with a piece of salmon on top. As I had put the bowl onto the plate, I kept looking for the rest. I am guessing it is a money saving technique. Since I ate it, I...
