R&R Extreme Wings- Keystone — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I've only been here a couple times,both for lunch. The first time it was quiet, there were a couple people inside, and my order was ready a few minutes after I arrived. Last time, it was super busy (over 30 people in and out of the shop in the time I was there), and I had to wait maybe 15 minutes beyond my estimated order pickup time. My impression was that they weren't expecting quite the rush they got that day. I'm giving 5 stars because both times, and especially this last (busy) time, the staff working the counter were super friendly, despite having to run around so much. I would usually be irritated about having to wait so long past the time I was told to pick up, but it was obvious that everyone was working hard and doing their best. No one was standing around. And seriously, just the fact that I was greeted with a genuine smile and treated like they appreciated my business is enough to overlook everything else. This seems to be a rare thing at many restaurants these days.

On top of that, the wings and other food were really good. I got hot habanero and mango habanero, and they were both delicious and pleasantly hot. My wife got a chicken wrap and said it was very good. My favorite was my fries topped with parmesan garlic sauce.

One more thing... They have some great lunch specials and daily specials. I'll deal with the location, cramped parking, and crowded restaurant to get this friendly service and good...

10/11/2024 This will probably be the last time I frequent this place. Chef here! If no one in that kitchen has a ServSafe they shouldn't be back there. Because nobody knew what they were doing. Seems like you guys did some upgrades to the outside but didn't upgrade your register line almost out the door. Got two drinks one was a Sprite the other was a Kool-Aid lemonade mix. Sprite tasted like Alka-Seltzer and Kool-Aid lemonade mix tasted like syrup which they charge an extra $2.75 for. When I was given my food I checked it and the onion rings were still mushy they almost had an attitude about me asking for them to redo them because they were not done. You have to pay extra for sauces barely any sauce on chicken or fries. Fries were not done/mushy. I could have went to Chicken Scratch or Buffalo Wild Wings. There was a older lady in the back playing music. There was another guy on his phone making food! And there was a younger lady who was calling out orders. This place should have been gone years ago. You guys are not putting quality into your food you're just trying to make money especially in the area...

I visited this location today, which normally is great but they change staff a lot. I sent my daughter in to make the order. They got my order wrong they gave us boneless wings which we did not order so when I sent my daughter back in to tell them they refused to correct the order the lady was very rude to my daughter. So I called and the manager which was very rude told me they could correct half the order but not the whole order. To top it off I get home and realize not only did they give me boneless they gave me buffalo wings which we did not order. We ordered sweet and spicy. Call again no thank you. Your running a business and have bad customer service as a business owner this could never be me. The correct thing to do would have been to correct the order, like any other business would have done. I will never order from this restaurant again. Keep rude people out of your business.
