Sam's Fish and Chicken — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I hate leaving a negative review but I have to in this case because this sandwich order is horrible. I purchased Philly Steak and Cheese with fries. It was a about $14 with tax. My friend got okra.

When I opened the box I noticed right away that the sandwich looks NOTHING like its ad photo, nothing! It looks unappetizing but I thought, let me try it.

It is inedible. I pretty much paid $14 for fries bc I can't stomach the chip beef in some sort of mushroom cheese sauce. It's not layers of Philly Steak like the ad shows. Chipped beef with a slice of tomato and some lettuce. No condiments for the decent, yet salt-less French fries. No ketchup, but I did get plenty of napkins.

I just blew about $14. I'm unhappy about this. I'm homebound for the most part and have my meals delivered. I can't just get in the car and bring this back to you. I'd certainly return this evening if I could.

I cannot express to you the level of unhappiness I feel over this sandwich order. I guess I just have money to throw away. The friend that delivered the meal said he got okra...

OMG… I LOVE coming here!!! It’s almost an hour away from my house but it’s definitely worth the drive. They only recently opened but they make the BEST food in town. I can tell they use fresh oil every time. My food is always hot and well seasoned. The prices are actually pretty fair. The service was great, the place is clean, the workers are friendly and the environment is great. They accept EBT!! They even listened to my specific requests which I didn’t expect, they gave me plenty of napkins and condiments on the side as well. I’ve been telling my coworkers to order from here and they love it too. so if you’re debating on whether or not to come here I would say to DO IT because it’s worth the money and you won’t...

The Philly Cheese Steak was a joke! It had mushrooms, red peppers, onions, and so much cheese you couldn't tell what you were eating. I took sandwich apart because the roll on the sandwich was so thick you only needed half of the bun. Steak?? Not even as much as 1 (one) Steakum slice, and for this they charge you $13.99+tax! Disgrace to real restaurants! Want to waste your money, this is the place, unless you want chicken wings or tenders! Despicable NEVER AGAIN. The 2 is for the AMOUNT of oversalted lemon pepper fries not the taste! Service-Didn't bother to send complete food order left off chicken tenders, didn't send food or anything in it's place.
