Starbucks — Restaurant in Indianapolis

So, I have to start with... I'm partially lactose intolerant. I can do cheese and yogurts... but liquid dairy... nope!

I have a go to order. Tall iced peppermint mocha with coconut milk and a sausage egg and cheese with no cheese. See, I can do the cheese but I don't take chances.

I've been sitting on the toilet for the past hour because somebody at this location didn't read the order right The person at the window was great. Very kind, repeated my order...I felt safe. I felt secure and I trusted this person. Their teammate, however, did not come through for them so I have to give such a low score. Normally I chalk this up to a daily loss (it has happened before, these places get busy and mistakes happen) I think..... this is why we make our own drinks at home. But today I'm missing my son's competition because I can't be more than ten feet from a restroom.

Would I go back? Yes. But dang guys... really dropped...

This Starbucks is usually a five!!! Did not give me a price when ordering. When I got to the window man said wrong price, it should be 7.03. I explained again what I wanted and man said he pushed the wrong key. He assured me it was almond milk. I told him I would was allergic to milk and I would be ill if it has milk. He said no, well I drank some of it and now ill. Looking at the tag it says 1/2 almond milk. Did not mention that I am vegetarian for 54 years. Back to the bathroom to get whatever the other half is out if my system. Liked it better when as soon as I ordered they said and a pup cup for Maybelline my girl dog. It was always right then. Can I take the rest back and get the correct one later, not feeling too good now. Tried to call...

The staff at this location are absolutely hilarious and genuine. Always the most friendly people with a smile on their face. The other day I accidentally drove off without my coffee. Was running late for work so I didn’t have time to go back. Headed back several hours later on my lunch just to see if by chance I could get my coffee (I had no receipt or proof of purchase). They were more than happy to give me my drink without question - also the same gal working the drive thru happened to still be there and she confirmed she remembered my forgotten drink that...
