I’d give this store a no star if I could. I get off from work and all I wanted was fresh baked warm cookies. This young Hispanic girl sold my 13 year old son the hardest coldest nastiest cookies I’ve ever tasted from any subway in my life, while I waited in the car now I’m not one to complain about my food at all but this was terrible because I used to eat at this location all the time during my lunch hrs when I worked in the area. Idk who has control of this location now but they should be fired immediately. This girl refused to give me a refund I was nice and polite to her she was rude and kept talking over me arguing with me smh I mean whatever happend to the customer being right?? Seriously no customer service at all and I’m so mad because those cookies were disgusting and I just wanted my money back and never got it back. This girl kept saying she was on the phone with her manager who told her not to issue me a refund. I’m just traumatized I’ve never had to go thru anything like this before. I went to another subway (my usual location closer to home) and they gave me fresh baked cookies as always. That’s what this girl said too that the cookies were back this morning…. It’s 6:18pm why do you think these cookies can be sold after 8hrs!!! And there was a gnat flying around in the cookie container smh NEVER AGAIN! RUN AWAY...
Read moreMy friend and I placed an online order at this Subway store for 3 sandwiches. We placed the online order around 11:25 a, pick up was set for 12 PM. As soon as we placed the order, we realized that one of our sandwiches had the wrong bread on it. Not even 5 minutes within us placing the order, we call the store so that we can inform them of this issue before they start making the sandwiches. The lady that answered the phone told us that she had already made the first sandwich (which was the one with the wrong bread). We thought it was odd that they are making these sandwiches 30 min in advance to our pick up time. The lady on the phone was very rude and we had to ask more than once for her to re-make the sandwich with the correct bread. We got to the store around 12:05 PM to pick up our lunch, and our sandwiches that we had requested to be hot and toasted, were now cold and soggy. They made our orders 30+ min in advance and then let them sit there and get cold and nasty. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I suggest you order at the store, or order online right before you are going to pick up your order, so that your sandwiches are not cold and soggy...
Read moreI visit this Subway location a few times a week, usually for lunch. Up until recently, my experiences have been consistently positive—the staff have been friendly and always got my order right. However, it seems that new team members have been added recently, and unfortunately, they appear to have difficulty understanding both English and Spanish (languages I speak fluently).
Today, I ordered my usual—a 6-inch Subway Club on wheat—but the employee taking my order struggled to understand me. It took multiple attempts and assistance from another staff member just to get the order started. There were also challenges when it came to selecting the vegetables.
While I appreciate the hard work of all the staff, this language barrier is beginning to affect my overall experience. I hope the management team will consider language proficiency as an important factor during the hiring process...
