If you could give zero, or better yet, negative stars I would give a negative 5 because the WHOLE experience at this Burger King was so beyond terrible that terrible isn't even a good enough word to describe it. As soon as we pulled up in the drive through the woman taking the order was rude. They have advertised on their menu, Buy 1 Get 1 for $1 but when we went to order it we were rudely informed they're no longer doing that promotion, so I'm not sure why they would leave it posted or not put something over it because I'm sure we weren't the first people that tried to make an order by that, confused because it is posted, but ok fine. So we make a simple order, total of 4 items, I'm sorry only 3 because I don't know if they were too busy gossiping or playing or what the were doing other than providing horrible service, but for whatever reason couldn't manage to add a small fry to the order. The only reason I found out that the fry wasn't on the order was because I called, I wanted to one, let them know that my fries were missing but also about the rude service. Well when someone finally answered, like I said I feel like they were playing more than working because I had to call 4 times and they were not that busy.. Anyways, when they answered I asked if I could either speak with or if they would give me the number to either a GM or District Manager because a store manager was at the window when we got our food telling the employee that we were good when we asked for extra napkins, I guess meaning the 2 they gave us was plenty.. I knew that a store manager wasn't going to be someone to talk to that would actually do anything to resolve the issue. Well when I asked the person who answered said, "we don't make a habit of giving out those numbers." The first thing I thought was, do you really get that many complaints? Now I think I could believe it though because supposedly the GM just happened to be right there at the time, also happened to be one of the rudest people I talked to during this whole situation.. When I tried to let them know that I didn't get my fries, that's when they informed me that I wasn't charged for any so I asked why wasn't I? I know we ordered them on our part because we only ordered a total of four items, a small fry being one of them, the only reason I wouldn't have been charged would've been because they were too busy doing whatever else to worry about the accuracy of the order from the very beginning. I would still like to be able to talk to a District Manager or someone above the GM I supposedly talked to because as I said in the beginning this was one of the absolute worst trips I've ever had to Burger King and usually it's one of my favorite fast food restaurants to go to but this trip alone would almost make you not want to go back to any of them at all. We didn't even get a receipt to prove we weren't charged for the fry or to have the store information and even the survey that I would've loved to have been able to fill out this time. I know this a long review but since I wasn't able to talk to anyone that acted like they were anything like an person who was actually in charge of anything, or anyone with any kind of decency at all, partly due to their lack of providing contact information for their chain of command I guess you'd say and not being able to fill out a store survey because they failed to do one of the simplest yet kind of most important things, to hand to the customer a receipt, this was my only other option that I could think of at that point in time to report this experience but I really felt like something needed to be said because out of everything the biggest problem was the total disrespect from the entire crew on shift at the store running the drive through. I am still going to look for someone else to report to though because I feel like it's one thing for crew members to act that way but for the manager and supposedly the General Manager to all act the way the did towards a customer that had such a simple order is just ridiculous. A lot of...
Read moreVisit was 11:20pm on 7/23/25, we waited at the speaker for like 3-5 minutes after they said “thank you for choosing Burger King I’ll be right with you”. After they came back from attending that ONE car they had at the window. They finally came to take our order at the speaker. We said we had 2 coupons we wanted to use. The girl said “Ok” then the guy cut her off saying “YOU CAN ONLY USE ONE” then we proceeded to say “We said they are paper ones” then he proceeded to say “YOU DIDNT HEAR WHAT I SAID” already frustrated we proceeded to make our order with our coupon we had. Then he said it didn’t go through. So then he adjusted it to what the coupon consisted of. Then asked for more. Then we went to the window. Was greeted by the girl with the guy next to her, not even ready with the total or nothing. Didn’t even have the 4 drinks ready at all. We payed and waited for up to 5 min at the window. Horrible experience with the guy. The girl was good but could’ve not worn the headphones. Makes her seem so rude with not giving us the undivided attention. We took the food back to our hotel and it was super cold. Very messy and tasted horrible. We didn’t eat not even two bites. We felt so disgusted by what was given to us and the service. We didn’t bother to go back because of how rude they were. Do better at this BK location. I never have a problem with Burger King locations. Until I went to...
Read moreI was at the drive up. I really go to fast food it takes me forever to figure out what I want on the menu it only had $7 and some change. It was breakfast time that's why I went I got a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, a sausage egg and cheese croissant I kept asking a kid to drive up if I had 7 bucks and some change could I get the hash browns. I finally ended up with the three things I wanted I also got sauce. The kid is a driver was just so kind and friendly he wasn't impatient with me at all and I know they're to hustle people through the drive up driving time counts big time. He didn't charge me to give me the southwestern sauce probably knowing I didn't have much money I believe they're supposed to charge. I asked him where he was from he said such a beautiful hillbilly accent he said he was from here, Indianapolis all of his family were from Tennessee. Me and the 2 large dogs in the truck shared the entire breakfast right down to the southwest sauce. Everyone was happy it really made my day to be treated kindly and with courtesy from the drive-up guy, instead of some gangster telling me to eat the shit he gave me anyway whether the order was...
