The cashier was very rude. First of all, I understood why the line was so long and it was so busy. It was during lunch rush as well as National Sandwhich day. After the workers had finished my sandwiches, the deal was to get a 30 oz drink and a sub in order to get a free sub. I wasn't told that from the cashier, however, I needed a separate drink as well with my meal but I needed it on a separate order. When I told the cashier that, I believe her name was Rita, she acted like her job was too hard to handle so I told her to forget the second drink. But she rung me up and charged me 19.07, so I handed her 20.07... I told her I thought it was buy 1 Sandwhich get one free, she told me that was with the 30 oz drink and I had grabbed a 40 oz drink.. I told her I wanted that deal, now mind, her attitude was already bad at this point so I was not going to ask nicely. She was so annoyed at this point she didn't even give me my dollar change. And the manager came over and fixed it. The total had Come to a new balance of 10.41. The manager was not aware I didn't get my other dollar and assumed I did. I walked away to fill my drink and realized I paid the cashier $20.07 and got back 8.59. When I went back up to explain it, the cashier still had a bad attitude and I explained to her what she had done wrong again. She got the manager, brought her over and told her "this little girl has an attitude and I don't know what she wants." So I told the manager what was wrong, she assumed I had received that dollar but at this point I was so frustrated, I just wanted to get out of there. I've had a previously great experience, but this just ruined it for me. But don't think that will stop me from returning. I love subway, but this store had very bad choice...
Read moreI went in there one day with my friend. The woman taking our orders was extremely rude. Anyhow, as we were ordering, i had a tuna sandwich with tomatoes onion and cheese. She put olives on the sandwich even though i didn't ask for them, and I'm allergic. I said "could you take the olives off please?" And she said "you asked for them." And i said "im allergic to them, and i didn't ask for them." I moved down the line and asked for salt and pepper. She put a whole bunch of mayonnaise on my sandwich when i wasn't looking and said "is that all, mister impolite?" I started to say that i didn't ask for mayo and she cut me off. I called the manager and i told him what happened. I said "your employee has been purposely Wrecking my sandwich and insulting me." He fixed my sandwich and told her to ring me up and give me 50 percent off and a free cookie. She took off her gloves and crushed my cookie and did not give me 50℅ off, but charged one dollar extra. And then she said have a nice day. I said " you too! And remember, my aunt is a lawyer." Another time, I decided to give them another chance, and I went into the place and the employees were gossiping about dumb stuff and they were yelling at me. Not to mention the fact that they screwed up my sandwich....
Read morePlaced an order at 8pm, understandably it was late even though they close at 9pm. After placing my order online it stated it would be ready at 830pm. I went to the parking lot and they looked closed. I called the store to figure out what was going on, the girl that answered the phone told me it was too late to place the order and she "didn't print the ticket off" & I needed to go online and cancel my order. On the website it stated my order was ready to pick up but there was no cancel button. I tried calling back to the store because my debit card was already charged to ask of they would either refund it or to make a note t make my food the following day during lunch but by the 4th time calling someone picked the phone up and sat on the phone for a solid 15 seconds breathing heavily and I asked hello can someone refund the money? & they hung up on me. I called from 845 to 915pm with no answer. I'm a pretty understanding person, I just wanted to see if they could make a note to make my food the following day since i was already charged on my account. So unprofessional...
