I was not happy when I went in there on December 21, 2023 I really wasn’t happy I went to the drive-through and ordered a bacon Swiss chicken sandwich with no mayonnaise I received a chicken sandwich with white sauce went back inside this time and asked for a chicken sandwich with mustard the same chicken sandwich but I just wanna replace the mayonnaise for mustard and they said I ordered it wrong so they didn’t put lettuce tomato on it and didn’t give me my they only gave me my mustard and they didn’t give me a receipt and then the manager was very rude to me and corrected me and tell me I order it wrong which I didn’t she was being rude very very rude to me she would not even let me have a refund I asked for a refund she said all she can do is just give me the lettuce and tomato that they missed and did not put on the sandwich they were not making my sandwich right it was unfair to me and I cannot get my money so I wasted my time my energy and my money my hard earned money she did not refund me my money that was wrongI did not like it I’m not going back to that Burger King no more and I threw the sandwich away because I’m allergic to mayonnaise and any white sauce did you put on there if she did not understand it and I said I’m allergic add a file charges against her she gonna end up making me die or get sick from the allergic reaction of the mayonnaise and any white sauce no I’m not happy with that Burger King she did not try to satisfy me at all and that’s at 4:15 PM on a Wednesday, December 21, 2023 she was through the drive-through with a brown sweater on she did not have a name tag on and I did not get a receipt I paid half with cash and I pay the other half with a credit card and I did not receive a receipt if she’s a manager she should follow through and give me my receipt no I’m not happy I’ve been in Customer Service for 36 years and I do not like that young lady the way she was...

The staff either simply don't care or just plain love being incompetent with food preparation. Where is your pride in the work you do? You will never get a better job when you underperform and do a poor job. My large fry was smaller than a small fry order. So cold and limp that even an air fryer could not revive them. Thrown in the trash. The marinara sauce that everyone likely touched was nestled in the fries. Super disgusting to think about. The cheese sticks were so burnt and cold that they were inedible. Thrown in the trash. The sandwich bread was disgusting and it was thrown in the trash. I salvaged only the patties and warmed them up in the air fryer and put on my own bread. I paid over $24 to get only two patties. I used to love Burger King, but the 10th St location has changed my mind. Those of you who give 5-stars are just lucky you got good food or you are one of the employees or the owner of the store and trying to raise your ratings. I am contacting your corporate office, the Better Business Bureau, and the Health Department tomorrow. Read moreWalk three blocks in freezing cold because it's Polar Vortex time and my fridge is empty. I wait in line and have to listen to what I assume is the GM cavort with someone over the counter, "I have three managers working tonight". I get up to the register (last person in a long line) and the person running it starts talking to the GM, then she walks away and grabs a stack of applications (assume for the lady the GM is talking to), comes back to register then decides to acknowledge my existence by saying "What can I get you". I just stare at her, then she shakes her head like she was out of it, and actually gives me a greeting. I ordered the fish because I knew it would at least be fresh and told her to go. I decided to stay since I didn't want a frozen sandwich. Food subpar but I wasn't expecting much. I think the worst thing about the whole experience was the insane amount of the noise the employees made behind the counter, loud laughing and some yelling. Give me a break, I just want to eat my dinner in some modicum of peace. I don't expect employees to be mutes but for Christ-sakes show some small amount of professionalism and an ounce of respect for your customers.
