I went through the drive thru and ordered, a KFC kids meal with a chicken tender with mash pot, drink and a extra green beans, a Taco Bell cheesy gordita crunch $5 box with a drink, 3 soft shell taco supreme and nacho fries and a Skittles frozen drink. Cashier read everything back to me correctly. Paid for our food and waited about 4 minutes and then the cashier tells me everything else but the tender is ready. And she didn't know why the cook didn't cook the tender when I ordered it, but it will take another 4 minutes and would I like to get a different piece of chicken and I replied no. So I was asked to pull forward and she will bring my order to me. I asked for hot sauce, all the other items that were ready and my receipt. Then my sister that didn't order a drink asked me to ask since we waited so long, could we be compensated with a drink? She replied yes, handed me my drinks from the original order and have me a small drink minus the kids meal. I pull up and wait about 5 minutes and no food has come out to me. There is about 5 cars behind me. So I inquire about my order and explained how frustrated I am now after waiting for the 1st and main thing I came for is not ready. Now my food is getting soggy and cold. He finally located my kid tender meal. So I expressed how I felt I should be compensated for the long wait for 1 tender while my food is getting soggy and cold. He was confused and asked the drive thru person about my situation. Mean while the drive thru cashier is mean mugging me. So I get her attention and explain that I wasn't complaining about her and that I know that this situation wasn't her fault. I ask could he compensate me. So the manager said the cashier told him she already compensated me for the tardiness of my order. I told him all she gave me was a small drink and that this was ridiculous. He never offered me any compensation, so I requested my money back for the cold food that I received earlier. I originally gave the cashier $26.07. He said he would need the food back and he would refund me my money. I gave him the food back without the drinks.But since he gave me the kids meal and drink, he only gave me about $14 of the $26.07 back. Now by this time we're about 25 minutes past since I originally placed the order in the drive thru. So I expressed that after all this, I thought he would have given me all my money back and allowed me as compensation to keep the kids meal. He said he could only give me back the money for what food I gave him back. So I told him I will go to my car and not only will I give back all the drinks he could keep the kids meal too. So after giving everything back, he gave me my full refund without an appology. I am so upset and feel your customer service was a zero, unexcusable and very poor management!...

My husband and I pulled up to the drive thru, and were promptly greeted. My husband proceeded to order, asking for the grilled cheese cravings box listed largely on the drive thru menu. He was told that it was not available at this store. He said okay, I will take whatever cravings box deal you have (there were 2 other options listed on the menu for cravings boxes), to which he was told they don’t do cravings deals at all here. Okay. He then ordered a beefy 5 layer and a Crunchwrap supreme. No modifications. I then ordered the number 7 (chicken quesadilla with taco and drink) with an upgrade to a Doritos locos taco ( then she asks what else without asking what I want to drink) and 3 chipotle chicken wraps. At this point I ask her to make the drink a Mountain Dew since she never asked. Then we order a 12 piece from the KFC side.
We pull up to the window and pay (no cars in front of us or in the lot so not busy at all). At this point, after we have already paid, they tell us they have no chicken for the taco bell items and ask if I want steak, beef, or cheese. I asked for the 3 wraps to have beef and for the quesadilla to be cheese. They give us our items and we park as usual to make sure we have everything. We find out we are missing the quesadilla and the taco. I go inside assuming they may have just been forgotten on the counter. Nope, I’m told rudely they never made them and it will be a few minutes. I wait, then get my items and go home.
We get home. Chicken from KFC is ice cold. Crunchwrap has no lettuce, nacho cheese, or tomatoes. 5 layer had no nacho cheese. Quesadilla has steak on it despite them asking me what I wanted. Taco has no lettuce.

I mean I usually don't expect 5 stars from a fast food joint but as long as I lived on the northwest side of Indy, this taco Bell NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER GETS THE ORDER RIGHT! Mutiple times they have got my order wrong. Also, They always run out of food items like chicken, beef ,steak..or the say the griller is down..or they say they have technical difficulties...which is probably a lie and they close early sometimes for no reason because they are lazy they also open late. When you get your food it's looks horrible..nor is it hot... it's not put together nicely.. looks like they just slopped it together..they don't even give you enough meat or sour cream ..might I add ..they never put napkins in the bag and they are super stingy when it comes to the taco sauces they give you a packet per food item.. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS..the people that take your order have no people skills and they are rude and act slow. I will never in my life come to this place again it's a waste of money. By the time u actually have them correct your order you could have went to the store and made your own tacos or Mexican food and it would have tasted better and cost less. THERES NOTHING FAST ABOUT THIS FAST FOOD PLACE. I give this Place a ZERO star! You're better off going to Wendys right across the street or even McDonalds if your on Georgetown rd RS. NO QUIERO...
