My ONLY reason for posting this is Solely in hopes bringing attention to how customers are treated. I do NOT want a refund,coupon or anything of the sort. I will just simply not be returning to this location, as this is not the first time having issues at this location. However this visit was ridiculous to say the least. The young lady running the drive thru this evening was unbelievably rude, inpatient and didn't even speak another word once we reached the window!!!! The car in front of us, order some drinks and she handed the drinks and they didn't get the straws they pulled away and she just stood there for a good 30\40 seconds, kind of shocked, which I understand. At this time it was extremely busy and yes I do take that into consideration,but doesn't excuse an attitude and disrespect. The two frosties that we ordered was not the right flavor and the mixings we're not right either. We had ordered a chocolate frosty with brownie batter. (which is amazing!) we ended up with vanilla Frostys with Oreo brownie 🙁 I understand the confusion and would have normally asked for what we wanted, however with her attitude and rolling her eyes at us and even the manager that was trying to help her. We had to wait 5 minutes after she handed our frosties to get our change back and not once did she say anything at all about it would be a minute or needed to get some ones or that she was waiting on ones or anything of the sort. She never said even a word. I guess if you don't have something nice to say....
I have been a server for over 35 years and understand how frustrating things can get and typically since I seen that she was having a rough night and it was very busy, I would told her it was ok to keep the 4 ones to hopefully help her night a little and let her know that they are all appreciated. However, not being told what was going on and it even being the wrong order I did not do so. Still trying to be friendly I told her, thank you very much sweetheart have a wonderful night and she just rolled her eyes. By the time she actually made any acknowledgment of us being there our Frosty's were almost melted and with that type of attitude, we both felt like if we was to ask for the correct order, not only would there been an extreme attitude, but also tbh feared what might be done to the Frosty's in the process. Like I stated before, I have been a server for a very long time and I have seen a lot of shocking things that is unexpected. I've dealt with a lot of extremely rude customers and 1,000s of times wanted to walk out myself! With that being said, I really wish, especially with young people, would understand that if it was not for the customers that seem to be hated so much at times, there would be no job to begin with and there would be no money to earn! My income is 99% in tips and if I was to have that kind of attitude I would not be employed for more than a day. Let alone be able to make a living. I know it's an extremely humid summer and a busy Saturday, but just a little courtesy or consideration would go a long way and might make the job that YOU applied for a little less miserable. Not too many are lucky enough to have a job we enjoy, but just like in life, it is what you make it and Im sure Wendy's would not like there company to be representing hostility and just plain rudeness towards the customers in which make the company continue to...
Read moreAs always, the drive thru at this location is the worst & the food doesn't make up for it. In total I was in the line for over an hour, 40mins of that was after I was FINALLY able to order.
I saw over 10 vehicles leave the line & just leave fully (lost revenue for Wendy', but another eatery's win). Saw a few people who went inside after the car ahead of me ordered be served & leave before I even got to the window (only 1 car ahead of me w uncomplicated order for 1 person).
Once I got to the window to pay & get my food, they had to take my order again. Then we were waiting on fries to be put in the bag. Nothing was piping hot, just warm enough to not be considered cold.
Spicy chicken sandwich was dry and mostly flat breading. The medium fries were warm & a quarter of them were burnt nubs. No receipt in bag nor handed to me. 5 employees working (at least 2 were constantly in motion working).
The drive thru at this location is always slow as molasses in January, but this was by far the absolute worst . I usually don't go there because of this, but because it was not a high volume time (3:30 - 4:40) I felt like it might not be too bad. I was mistaken.
They should consider closing this location, or at least stop offering drive thru. They don't seem fully equipped to deal with both drive thru and inside counter. I always see ppl leave the drive thru because it's always super slow (have been that person before).

Read moreWe went to the drive-thru last night and had a pretty big order; 7 sandwiches, 25+ nuggets, a chili and a fry (6 kids and 3 adults). We specified the sauces we needed, BBQ, honey mustard, ranch and extra hot sauce for the chili. When we got to the window, Tiffany was there to take payment and she was EXTREMELY nice. We asked for extra BBQ and she said that "he", the manager, would charge us 30 cents a piece. She said "he is very serious about it". So we asked that she just make sure the BBQ was in the bag. The mngr stood right next to her as she handed us our food and told us what we were waiting on. As I checked the bags, we were missing BBQ, hot sauce and a large fry; not including the 2 sandwiches they were still preparing. We told them the BBQ was missing and the mngr said he put it in the bag. I pulled EVERY single condiment and there was no BBQ. As I am doing this he keeps saying he put it in the bag. Tiffany, stuck in the middle, hands us a BBQ. When we tell him our fry is missing, he acts as though ee are lying and checks the order. We got the rest of our food, large fry and hot sauce included and Tiffany tells us not to let him ruin our night, as we drive off. I wanted to take Tiffany with me!
