In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Indio

Sadly I went and all my fries were burnt as potato chips🥺 I told them and they made it as I was lying. While laughing and speaking amongst themselves between seven associates. They then came to my window and said the fries were cooked as usual. After waiting an hour we were told to park and they would bring us fresh fries. And that they did not want to throw away the bad fries that we would have to take them. All the fries... Which was a total of $70 worth and every single fry was as hard as a potato chip. It was very degrading to be treated like a liar and laughed at. After waiting for my fries, one of the associates came out and said they believe the fries were okay and that we were just complaining. Even though two of the associates cracked the fries and it turned into crumbs. I literally wanted to cry because we had waited so long to Just to...

I cant say enuf good about the food and the staff especially the manager! I was picking up a really big order for work and i ordered and gave the girl my bosses credit card and it wouldnt go thru. I knew he had money ( he makes way more than me) anyway i was so embarresed over the whole situation i told then to save the bergers and id be right back. Flustered i was headed back to work and the manager told me when i came back that he tried to catch me before i left to tell me i could come back and pay later. That meant the world to me. "Trust" is something we dont see very often anymore! So this" In n Out" serves up way more than great bergers . They serve kindness respect and the best customer service i havent seen in 100 years. Food it was cold. It took five people to notice me before anyone took my order. Until A lady (employee) was cooking on the back grill said " customer up front) and I said to another employee that just passed us by the counter. I approached him and said " you want me to go somewhere else " then, he realized that I been there. However, on the middle of the order he had difficulty with my order because,  I needed it to make some changes to the order. What can I say I am special" then, he starting taking to me in Spanish that he only knew what he was saying.  Don't take me wrong I do speak Spanish when it is needed.
