Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Indio

Will never be going back there, and I definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone, especially there staff there was two staff trying to take my order and argument was heard in the back while they were trying to take my order and they weren't getting my order at all and when I was trying to help with my order by giving them the coupon code, but the lady was rude and started cutting me off when I was talking to give her my order, when I tried to upgrade my order she started yelling at me and telling me I couldn't do that, and when I have done it before, I had did it two night ago, and she was very rude and cutting me off when I tried to add more to my order and told me I couldn't and didn't want to add more items to my order, and when I got to the window to pay she was just so disrespectful, that I didn't even want to pay to eat there food, but I just got off of work and worked long hours and wanted to eat something and take food home to my family but that was no way to treat the customers and talk to the customers either, I tried my best not to be disrespectful but they need to recheck on who they hire if they don't have the patience then they shouldn't be working there the employee name was Rosa is what she said her name was, it has happened a lot that they are very disrespectful they forget to put your item on the list because they want to hurry up and don't have patience and they forget to put your items in the bags after you paid for it and they want to get mad at you when it's there fault for not doing there job right, or they want to charge you for food then not say anything until you leave and have to come back and tell them they didnt put you items in and they want to be mad and say oh we don't have an more of that item and be mad that they has to give you your money back and get more mad when they give you attitude and you do the same back to them, then they want to say calm down, after they made me angry already, I couldn't even eat their food anymore just gave it to some homeless people on the street and went to the the Jack in a box...

To start off, the girl in the drive through had an attitude from the start. I don’t buy from jack that often so I had some questions about the menu. The girl taking my order kept breathing loud like she was annoyed. She rushed me. At the window, I asked if I could add a brownie and she said “we don’t take orders at the window” I asked, “not even a brownie?” And she responded “we don’t take orders at the window.” She was so rude. Then I asked her for 3 ranchs since I did order $30 worth of food, but she said “there is two in the bag” and I wanted to ask for more but she closed the window at me. That wasn’t all though. As I was driving back home and I realized she gave me the wrong size drink and she forgot one of the fries I had ordered. I called and a very polite girl apologized and said she will have them ready for me when I go back. So I turned my car around. I pulled up to the drive through since it was 2:30am and the diner is closed. When I got to the menu to tell her I’m here to pick up the fries, it was the same girl that took my order. I told her I called that I was going to pick up my fries. She refused. She said she put them in the bag and I said I don’t have them. She insisted that she “put them in the bag and if I want fries I have to pay for them”. I told her I did pay for them when I came through the drive through the first time but I couldn’t prove it becasue she didn’t even give me a receipt. I told her what I ordered and she looked it up but She said “I could swear I put them in the bag, If you want fries I will charge you.” And I backed out of the drive through and left. Worst customer service ever. 0/10...

I ordered a jumbo jack with cheese and four of their classic tacos! Man was I in for a treat! I wanted to call my mom. I was so excited it had been a long time since I got these iconic tacos, and one of their infamous, jumbo jacks with cheese, and nonetheless, I splurged!

There was one person ahead of me in line at the drive-through and I waited for 30 minutes almost exactly 29 1/2 minutes. I don’t want to exaggerate. I’ll tell you exactly how it is.

Everything was stone cold the tacos had hardened into a wad of Greece and limpy lettuce waterlogged by the taco sauce. The jumbo jack had turned into a space age, food item, dehydrated, cold, and smashed every bit of air that used to live inside the bun squeezed out like a grape in a winery.

Just say that I was let down would be a slight understatement, I was devastated I was ruined I was destroyed. How can a business stay open under such circumstances I pray to the heavenly Lord that my intestines don’t also betray me after eating this the way that this fast food garbage heap has betrayed...
