Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Indio

In April 2022, I bought over $400.00 worth of new phones and products from this store. I then hoped to apply for APC, a government program as I qualified. The woman Laura "helping" me had face piercings and neon orange hair giving her a freakish, demonic appearance. I had to come back NUMEROUS times, over 7-8 MONTHS of back and forth and waiting and my application ended up expiring, meaning I have to start the process all over again. When I did go in, she'd "politely" hint that I was an inconvenience to her. The loud rock or rap music in the store always made the atmosphere unbusiness like and made the process difficult. The last time I was in the macho manager dangled his keys in my face telling me I could leave. There are other MetroPCS stores and it's BEST TO AVOID THIS ONE across from Arco Gas Station in Indio.

This is an awesome store, excellent customer service, they go beyond the norm to help. Employees are in general very knowledgeable and help each other. Often there's a long wait line not because there aren't enough employees just to many customers but yet you aren't rushed and they make sure you are happy and satisfied.
