McDonald's — Restaurant in Indio

This is absolutely disappointing/disgusting but here we go again.. McDonald’s, why must you be so unprofessional and unorganized? I waited in line for a whole hour because their lobby was closed (got there at 9pm didn’t leave until 10pm) (or may I say, asked to leave !!?😩) I arrived at the ordering speaker , gave order # and kid said “just pull up to the window” yes, I may say I should have double confirmed they had the order to begin with:( but that’s all they said so I thought “okay they must have it why else would they say that?” So after waiting in line for so long I get to the last window where they hand us our food (even first window said to just pull forward (that makes two “just pull forwards” AND I EVEN GAVE THEM THE ORDER # TOO!!) the kid almost hands me someone else’s food before I got to tell him I was here for the online .. He says “oh let me just get a manger to help you” THANKS KIDDO YOU LOOKED STONED BUT OK. Unfortunately, the useless manager, just tells me “ So your order didn’t come through our “machine” and I can’t have you wait in line.” This girl clearly wasn’t trained properly and I don’t know McDonald’s standards but I can assume they’re extremely low.. Corporate please come do check ups on staff and make sure they’re bettering their customer service , POS protocols and training. This was rude. If there was such thing as rating 0 star , I would. I really hope this “manager or management team” gets offered better training and proper service because this is a disgrace. She did not bother to check i quite literally seen her look at the window and just come straight to us after the kid called for her. She could’ve simply checked the pos system or reset the online orders coming in. I don’t think she understands her role but monkey see monkey do. That’s why the rest of the kids working there will eventually make all their jobs harder by continuing this horrible system. Hoping they get it together because it’s just McDonald’s, it’s not...

I placed an order via mobile app but also made an additional order through the drive thru. Staff gave me drive thru order right away but I was told that mobile order was not ready and i had to go inside to pick it up. When I asked how long the wait would since I placed the mobile order before arriving, the girl at the window said I dont know. So again I asked how long and mentioned that they already handed me my drive thru order so she said 10 minutes. Which I had ordered two breakfast sandwiches, one of them being the same as the one on the drive thru order. Once my husband was inside the staff was laughing at the fact that they told me my wait time was 10 minutes and did not acknowledge him when he entered inside. After a few minutes I went back through the drive thru and was given my food right away. Mind you, nothing was said to cause the staff to be hostile towards us. Staff was disrespectful and making rude remarks about other customers in the lounge. The window staff that started it was name Vida. When i spoke to the manager she was apologetic whereas the other manager on shift told her to hurry up with the conversation. This is not a professional way to handle a business. They apparently don’t like people from out of town so I highly recommend if you are not a local you should visit the other...

Placed place an order through Uber eats and I had to order two times I called the lady was extremely disrespectful saying that I wanted to argue but I was just asking where my food was cuz I've been waiting for almost an hour any was for my pregnant girlfriend I do not know what's going on over there at McDonald's but it was nothing but pure disrespect saying that I wanted to argue I swear she was a man I will treat her like a man but she does not deserve the work she did not want to give me her name I'm really really disappointed with McDonald's and I'm going to take this to Twitter I'm going to take this to Facebook I'm going to take this to corporate to make sure that the lady's fired I'm going walking right now for my food cuz I have to happy wife happy life and cuz this woman my wife got angry and I think I'm probably going to have to take her to the hospital cuz she's having contractions and she's only 6 months yeah what kind of monsters do you have working at McDonalds they were complaining about about raising their pay they don't deserve it if they're going to be that rude for that lady is just taking advantage of the American dream she is a hypocrite for all all all people that do not deserve to be in this country I'm sorry I'm Mexican-American but yes...
