I ordered 4 Western Bacon Burgers, the 2 for 7 deal. I asked if they could make it a combo , this of course after seeing a "Make it a Combo " sign next to the speaker display. I was told that isn't possible, ok so then I'll take a large onion rings, a large criss cut fries, and a large regular fries. And 1 large Coke for the driver. I asked for extra BBQ sauce and some napkins. After a short wait we were handed our bag of food. As we drove away from the window I checked to see if everything was there. Nope, I didn't see the criss cut fries. So I grabbed the bag and headed inside. I waited for a few minutes before someone acknowledged me and then a few more to get help. I let her know about the criss cut fries and showed her the receipt. She handed it back to me and I she went to the fryer and put some criss cuts into (what seemed to me a rather small container) I remarked it was a large criss cut fries, and without hesitation she quickly said we only have one size criss cut fries. Ok, then. Lemme tell you for $3.99 I literally got 6 criss cut fries. So we got home and I was hungry, so was everyone else. If i could rate lower I would. There were only 2 cars infront of me. The wait took 15 mins. As i ordered I asked how long it wpuld take she said she did not know there are 2 cars in front of me. I said can I have my total. Waited 5 mins then said can I have my total please and she said pull forward. Now im in line still. Waiting 15 mins rhen a car finally moves. Another 7 mins then the next car 4 mins then me. She tells me my total is 26 dollars i had a number 3 with an oreo shake and a number 11 with a lemonade and a side a poppers. She gave me my food another 5 mins later and I asked for ketchup and ranch. She said its in the bag i look its 3 ketchups dor 2 medium meals and 2 ranch. So i asked for more and what her name was she said her name was floor. I will never come back again. I have never had service...

Visited this location after work and the customer service was awful. The female employee said not one word as I ordered my food. It felt like no one was there or the chain was closed. I pulled up to the window and got my food. My order was not right even the drinks. I was the only car in drive thru at that time of night and my order was completely wrong. I had to tell them and had to wait an additional wait for them to fix my order. They took the previous order back which I found weird especially during covid. I believe that is a health concern if they are taking orders back after customers already made contact with the food. Overall not a great experience at this location.
