My order was simple 4 Steak Tacos 4 Shrimp Tacos 1 Shrimp Salad With Extra Shrimp I asked the cashier to simply make sure everything I ordered comes with No Avocado ( Guacamole ) at all , I have a family member that has Food Sensitivities ( Allergic Reaction ) now I am aware that Mistakes Happen and I’m sad to say this isn’t the first time this happened , when I called the store to let them know of the mistake she responded as if I was lying to make problems when I clearly stated that one of the shrimp tacos had Guacamole on it , Her Response was well I Marked on The receipt No Avocado , Yes I am aware Ma’am that you did mark it no avocado but your cook must have made a mistake , Moral of the story Check Your order always before leaving the establishment No Matter what

I went a couple of months ago and ordered nachos with meat. The meat was bad and the avocado was rancid. When I took it to the employee that gave me my order, she looked at me and threw it in the trash. I wrote an email with my concern but no response was ever received. The manager (Monica) said to go in and she'd replace my order but I could never find her there. I didn't ask for my money and the employee that I complained to didn't care to tell the cook that the meat and avocado were not acceptable. Today the manager stated that she couldn't honor her intention of replacing my meal. Friends and family will not patronize that establishment anymore. And yes, I got sick...

The reason why I rated this is a three star is because they always get my order wrong no matter whether I'm telling them face to face or whether I'm ordering over the phone I always have something neither missing or the wrong order I don't have any clue why but it seems like they just always get the order wrong no matter how I give them the order however I think the food is absolutely delicious here I love their vegetarian burrito and they have the shrimp french fries I love that but other than that I would think it's pretty good the service I rated a three star because again services connected to the ordering and the ordering is...
