In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Inglewood

The service here is horrible. I waited almost 45 mins for my order while they called numbers as high as 40 (I had number 29). I waited patiently mins even trying to make light of the situation talking with another guest who was there after me about how they got on number 32. After about 15/20 mins I asked what was going on with my order and the food expeditor said she didn’t know what happened it just was ready yet. I sat back down as she continued to call numbers. She was handing out boxes of food (I ordered two burgers) going as as high as #42. After 30 mins I got up again to ask what was happening. A worker who was sweeping the lobby finally came over to ask what was happening said that he would find out what happened to my order. The manager never came over to ask what was going on. He had previously had to take my order since the computer had frozen and the cashier couldn’t get it to work so he definitely noticed I was still waiting. He never came over to say anything about me asking his employees what happened to my order. Finally after 40 mins someone off the line came over with my order. I asked peppers and the expeditor threw them in the bag like I had lost her order and had her waiting. Safe to say I won’t be back. The burgers are good here but not worth the rude vibes pouring out of this...

First time customer at In-N-Out Burger in April 2023.  When I arrived at this location, there were long lines for the drive-thru.  It took approximately 8 to 9 minutes to get to our turn, where there was an employee standing and taking orders.  We ordered 10 grilled cheese sandwiches and 6 orders of fries. From the drive-thru window, it looked like the dine-in area was also packed with customers.  It took another 5 to 6 minutes to get to the window for the food pick up.  I was amazed at the number of employees (25) working on a typical Monday evening for a fast food restaurant.  I’m from the Midwest and have only seen such long lines at Portillo’s but even then, most Portillo’s does not have this many employees working at the same time.  I was expecting this grilled cheese sandwich to be extremely good based on the hype I had heard about In-N-Out, however, the sandwich was just OK.  It was decent with the melted cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and had the In-N-Out sauce on it but it didn’t live up to the hype/expectation based on the build up.  The fries were a little too hard for my liking. The customer service was extremely good and I would recommend to anyone who likes the burgers/items on the In-N-Out menu, however, this fast food joint...

Yesterday I went in to in n out burger to get me a 4X4 with extra lettuce which its my favorite! Sadly I notice my 7 dollar burger (4X4 burger) missing 2 of the parties which I never thought they could be hidden inside since it was extra lettuce. So as I went inside the store not trying to argue just making my order right they right away acknowledged me and said can we help you I said yes I ordered a 4X4 and I feel like it is missing two parties. They looked at me like of I was crazy so they took it to the person making the burgers and she looked at me like if she was perfect making the stuff. Right away they open it and yes it was complete it had all 4 parties yet I only saw two because the way the person in charge of wrapping it didn't do a great job at it. So the guy cleaning outside right away gave it back to me bear handed not even washed his hands when grabbing it neither handing it back. I was upset but yet I just threw away and left I didn't feel like arguing with anyone... I love in and out they are soo good but sadly staff is not properly trained to help out on this situations and no manager around. Of course I will be back to in and out just not this one...
