On Friday 3-21-25 We arrived at 5:40pm and sat at bar until our table was ready for a party of 7. We were seated at 6:09pm we immediately ordered more drinks, and appetizers. (1) appetizer came out immediately, we ordered (4) lobsters pizzas w/ no tomatoes and also ordered dinner (4) ultimate feasts, , lobster mac & cheese, lobster linguine, everything we ordered was lobster something. That requires very little cooking. An hour goes by we asked the waiter what was going on with our drinks, he came back with some lame excuse about the bar being delayed. We also asked about the pizzas, he went and checked on them, came back and said the pizzas are pre-made with tomatoes and did we want something else. Mind you this was an hour later. I believe the waiter dropped the ball on that one and forgot to say something about no tomatoes. We took the pizzas and removed the tomatoes. Then we asked about the drinks again AND when our food was going to come out? Mind you it’s now well over an hour in a half later, since we ordered food and drinks. The waiter blamed the bar and kitchen. The manager was called over. He mentioned he would go see what the hold up is. He never came back. They bought out plates of butter for our food, but no food. The food literally came out 40 mins maybe longer after the butter. The butter sat so long the butter hardened back up. Of course the manager was called over again. We order all Lobster Feast, Lobster with steak, lobster, mac & cheese, loaded potatoes, shrimp, skewers etc. Nothing but the steak that requires a whole lot of cooking. It’s sea food for goodness sack. They are probably under staff because they probably don’t want to hire “pay” more people. The place was full capacity too. For Inglewood to NOW be classified as high end, this location is operating at poverty levels. The second manager came over and noticed the plates of hard butter cups about 12-14 of them. I said we have waited so long the butter hardened and still no food. He said yeah that was the first thing I saw. We explained to him that we got there at 5:40 and now it was close to 9 o’clock and we had just got some of our food but was still missing food and drinks. He apologized too. Let me shorten this long story. The manager ended up taking $200 off the bill. But really for the sake of the business name they should have comped the whole bill. How do you order seafood at a seafood restaurant at 6:09 pm and don’t get food until after 8:30pm and leave at 9:12pm. It wasn’t because we were just socializing and having a good time. No because we were waiting on food and drinks. The service was HORRIBLE AND SLOW! The food was good once it finally came out. So, if you go to this location, do not be in a hurry. Read moreAte there last night and the service was the worst I’ve had in all my 46 years of living. They took forever just to bring the biscuits & water. They brought the biscuits 1st so our throats were clogged with biscuits with no water to wash them down with. Drinks took forever and when I was finally able to catch the waiter to let him know I didn’t like my martini, he just took it and walked away without allowing me to order a different drink. The waiter BARELY checked on us. And when the food FINALLY CAME we asked for condiments such as Ranch, Ketchup, and more napkins etc. So we could eat our food and he never brought them so we sat there waiting while our food got cold. We were there for an extremely long time and wasn’t able to eat. Cups got empty and no one asked to refill them. Not even the water cups. Also the lights above our table went out and didn’t come back on for some time so we had to sit in the dark for a while with no one to ask if they could cut them back on because no one would come by our table. We witnessed other customers get up and leave because they order never got tooken. I finally got up and asked for a manager after being there for almost 2 hrs. And a man told me he was the manager and he was very apologetic and said I did not have to pay for my meal and we could still eat the food. Then 5 min later a woman came to the table with the bill stating that she was the manager and that we would in fact have to pay the bill and that the other guy was just a supervisor. After some disagreeing words, I told them that I was not paying for food that I didn’t even get to eat because of waiting on condiments and drinks all night, And they could keep that food and I was leaving. She then told me that some customers come in with the Intent to eat w/o paying. Then I felt INSULTED because if that was the case I would not be telling them to keep the food!!!! Smh after a while she finally understood and allowed me to leave. I have eaten there before and the service was never top ten. But this was absolutely the worst out of all the times that I have eaten there and I will never be returning again! Also their tables are VERY WOBBLY so if your not very careful your drinks will spill. And the Booth Seats Move Aound so the previous time I was there the seat ate my phone, and last night when I was there the seat ate my keys so you actually have to move the booth seats around to retrieve your stuff. Read moreWe had HORRIBLE service unfortunately, we had to wait around 20 min to get our drinks I ordered a coffee for my mom & the server said she had to brew it and so that took another 10 minutes to come out & when she brought it out to her she brought it without creamer or sugar and not even a spoon for her to stir it, she took a while longer to bring out some half & half no spoon yet so I stirred it with the fork for her. As for the food or the couple of plates that were brought out for us was over 40 mins plus, one of the salads was missing the dressing, 2 soups weren't brought to the table till half of the party was done eating so we had to ask for it to go to not wait any longer and that took another 10 mins to get it and not even right either cause she only brought one out and I had to ask for a to-go cup for the one she brought out in a plate even though I specifically asked for both of them to go, as we were gathering all our things to leave I asked for the check that also took a while to come and the other server came to get it, when she finally came back with the receipt for me to sign she said "hope we had enjoyed ourselves" I didn't say anything cause there were other people around I didn't want to be rude. I know we all have bad and hard days at work but I guess we got the end of someone's bad day. We've been there before and had great service so I invited my brother and sister in law to join us but I wish I never did, they got so disappointed because they didn't get the experience they heard us telling them about this restaurant. I was going to use the race card that because we're Mexican we didn't get good service, but when I was speaking to Annette whose at the front there was a gentleman (african american) telling her a similar experience so I guess that is one thing management needs to focus on, the customer service and most importantly TIME MANAGEMENT is what needs to be a big focus on. As for the food it also lost that delicious flavor it was known for or maybe due to the bad service it ruined the taste for us. BELIEVE ME THIS IS THE LAST TIME I'M SPENDING MY HARD EARNED MONEY HERE🤷🏻♀️
