There's a reason this place has so many bad reviews. Over 3 weeks ago I dropped off some film photos to develop and the guy said I can just call the store to check and see if my photos are ready. I called around the 2 weeks mark but it's always so hard to get a hold of the photo department. So i stopped by in person to check and the girl gave me attitude bc I didn't get a notification they were ready yet (mind you I've dropped off pictures before and didn't get a notification last time either) and proceeded to say along the lines of "idk idk when they'll be ready idk you can check again tomorrow when management is in". Well today (over a week later) I decided to call before wasting my time going in again. I politely asked the guy if they were ready and he said yes but was very rude and sounded bothered by my calling to ask. I said "okay thank you I'll be in later for pickup" in which he proceeded to slam the phone down into the receiver while I was still on the line without another word. When I stopped by to pick up one hour later, I informed the lady helping me of his attitude (don’t know his name he hung up on me before I could ask) and she said oh, it's probably because we were slammed earlier....like okay and ? That's not a good excuse.the reason I called the store before going in first is bc they couldn't give me a timeline beforehand when i stopped by not because I want to waste an employees time. And as someone who used to work in a grocery store during Covid I understand it can be tough working in customer service but they're all SO unnecessarily rude at this location and appear to hate their jobs. Read moreBeen coming here for almost a decade now because of how close it is to our home. But man, if I could find a closer Walgreens I would move in a second. I have complained countless times to their customer service line about their undermanned/under resourced pharmacy and their rude store Manager, Valentina. Every month we have the same issues and every time she says it'll be squared away and it's not. I've had to come back over 5 times for the same medication because they always have an excuse and the excuse changes depending on who you talk to (anything from, "its too early", "we need to wait for the one person to return who apparently is the only one who knows how to bill" "it just came thru the system" etc etc). And dont ever try to call in to the pharmacy, THEY NEVER ANSWER THE LINE, NEVER, IN 10 YEARS!!! I feel bad for the staff sometimes because I know it's out of their control but Valentina and District Manager David Ing have been aware of this on going problem for a couple of years now and it does not get better. It's one thing to mess up. Its another thing to lie and make excuses, and it's an entirely different thing when the store manager can't genuinely hear you out before she rudely interrupts and tries to cut the convo short, rolls her eyes and smack her lips while you speak with her. Theres a reason they have entirely new staffs and the problem persists. Starts at the top. Read moreThis is the most horrible Walgreens Pharmacy in the world, First they have a drive thru that is NEVER open what's the use of having a drive thru if it's never open? And when i ask why is the drive thru never open i was told that they are under staffed, ummm hire more staff! Second don't bother trying to call and speak with someone in the pharmacy because it takes forever for you to speak with someone I called and got the automated "were re sorry to keep you waiting but our staff is busy with other customers there is 2 callers ahead of me" i listened to that for 15 minutes before i clicked over and called on my second line, i finally got in my car and drove down to Walgreens (still on hold on both lines by the way) and stood in line and while waiting in line still on hold someone finally picked up the phone (after 38 minutes) I told her I used the automated phone system to refill my order and it was supposed to be ready at 6:30 and when i got there at 7:00 was told that the refill order didn't go thru and i couldn't get my prescriptions until...
