Extreme Disappointment and Disrespectful Experience

I had an extremely disappointing and disrespectful experience at this location, and I feel compelled to share it. I asked an employee, Yasmin Mendez, for help locating a specific item. Instead of assisting me professionally, she made inappropriate comments—calling me “a child” and claiming I was being rude and disrespectful, simply because I asked for help. This was not only unprofessional but also completely unwarranted. I even had the customer I was on the phone with hear it all, and they were shocked.

When I calmly asked for a supervisor, I was directed to someone named Maria who barely acknowledged me and did not speak English. Based on her name tag, she appeared to be a head cashier—not a manager or supervisor. The entire situation escalated from a simple request for assistance to a complete lack of customer service and respect.

What made the experience worse was the clear difference in treatment. While I was being brushed off, Yasmin stopped to help another customer (a man) immediately after telling me she “wasn’t going to walk around the store holding my hand.” It felt dismissive and disrespectful.

In addition, this location seems to have a serious issue with hiring diversity and language accessibility. It is extremely difficult to get help from staff when most of them don’t speak English, and there appears to be little to no effort to accommodate customers from different backgrounds. Every time I visit, there is some form of confusion or tension simply because communication is nearly impossible.

This place is poorly managed :/ first off let me start with the rude lazy customer service given by mari with the over bite always with a bad attitude and rude and this other girl with black hair that wears black all the time I believe she must be a supervisor or something because she never does anything and God forbid you ask her for help while she is walking around the store so sick of it and can we start having these girls help bag groceries they literally ask you how many bags then put them down and walk away SMH fix...

ABSOLUTELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Why has no one spoken to the cashiers about having a bad attitude at the work place ? They bad vibe they bring is disgusting..Why has no one address the bagging issue here ? The girls do not help bag groceries here all they do is give you bags and stand like a statue and not even help... This is ridiculous! Also speak to the supervisor here that wears all black and with hair that does absolutely nothing but walk around smh. God forbed you ask her...
