I would reduce this review to a 3 if not for the excellent service and that is sad because it used to be our favorite Sizzler. Things have changed and they need to bring back what made them special. The first issue is they now insist you valet park. This is because the Kia Forum is across the street and they don't want people parking for a show. I know, put up signs and tow away the cars after two hours and all those after closing. It costs Sizzler nothing and the City makes money. Problem solved. Instead they expect me, not at a fine dinning place, to let someone park my car and then tip them. Just no. Don't punish the patrons for the bad behavior of others. I was going to the Forum that night and I would never park at Sizzler to go to a show. As to the food, I had a burger with mashed potatoes and the salad bar. The burger was great. A 5 for sure. The mashed potatoes were wonderful. But it all went downhill when we all went to the salad bar. They used to have the best one. They had corn bread and mac and cheese and other cool stuff. Not anymore. It is now boring and bland. They have the pasta bar, one choice only, the salad ingredients are nothing special, they used to be. They still have the taco bar and the meat is bland and not kept warm enough and the cheese is not great. Get it together or we won't be back. The place could have been cleaner and the soft serve ice cream was not even close to ice cream, it tasted like ice milk. The service, however, was great, as always. We were checked on several times, brought fresh plates when needed and they gave us 3 garlic toasts which were amazing. My grandson loved it. He ate 2 of them. I really need you, Sizzler, to bring back the great and stop with the boring. My rating of 4 is a gift. I won't be so kind next time. And thank the servers, they are the ones that made this Sizzler a 4.

The last time I was at Sizzler, I had one kid and was in my 20s. Two decades and two kids later; I was convinced to dine at Sizzler An improtu visit with my friend and mom. O boy! Let's jump right into this review. What did we have - Infamous Salad Bar - UNLIMITED - Make your own creation, as healthy or as indulgent as you want, at the original salad bar 8/10 Consist of: Hot Bar Where else can you find unlimited wings, a taco bar, and a pasta bar all at once. Dessert Bar End your meal with soft serve ice cream. Prepared Salads Enjoy a variety of seasonal prepared salads. Steak & Jumbo Crispy shrimp Signature steak perfectly seasoned and full of flavor. Includes choice of side (we went with baked potato) - 4/10 Pros 1. Great customer service. Everyone was friendly and attentive. 2. They have an adjacent lot at this location. Valet service available if you choose. I don't recall if there is a charge. 3. Salad bar has many options and is relatively good. Given price point and the variety offered, it is a win. Cons 1. Sizzler needs to refurbish the entire restaurant. The chairs/booths, flooring (carpet), and decor ain't change in all these years. It screams dated and run down. 2. Entrees (Steak & Baked Potato) didn't appeal to my palette. Meat was tough. Shrimp overcooked. Bake potato dry. Sizzler ain't for everyone and those who love it, they love it and for others, like me; food quality is a hard pass. Overall, two stars, one for good customer service and two for the salad bar and cheese toast. For three people, food total was just under a $100, including 3 non-alcoholic beverages.

Hey, you guys. I'm back with a review on Sizzler this time. I took my daughter out to eat. She likes buffets because she can be a little independent and make her own plate. The parking is very tight so you might have to wait if it's really busy. When you walk in the bathrooms, you are off to the right side, and I don't necessarily like that, and it's just two restrooms that are for everyone. So those lines get long sometimes, and you have to wait. Mind you, the line forms there, so that can be confusing as well. The line was long when I went it was Saturday at like 530pm. It took us like 20 minutes to be seated for some reason. I ordered the salad bar for both of us two drinks and my a double modelo. Also, we ordered the shrimp tro with a 6oz steak on the side. The server was very nice, and she kept checking on us. Gave me a cold glass for my modelo. We got a perfect seat with a clear view of the sofi and the forum. The salad bar was clean and fresh, and they kept bringing out that chicken 😋. We made our plates, and they bought out that cheese bread 😋 and our food. The steak wasn't bad. I always get mine medium. The shrimp was ok. The coconut shrimp was ok. The grilled shrimp didn't really taste grilled. And the fried shrimp was very mediocre. But that salad I made was good. I made some nachos, but that meat tasted very much fake. I did like the ambiance, and my daughter and I enjoyed our day out. I spent like 68.00 in total. The restaurant was clean and they cleaned the tables and for it to be packed like that it was not loud and it was no drama. I did enjoy dining in better than delivery.

Typical Sizzler. Appeared to be clean. My friends and I did not have to wait before coming up to the counter to place our orders. After paying for our orders we were given our setup for dining. We found our own seating because the dining area had lots of empty tables. The server that was associated to us was attentive and friendly and efficient. I had ordered the serve your self Senior Salad bar which was at a reasonable price. I hardly ever order anything else at any Sizzles because other types of meals that I have ordered in the past, including this particular one have been less than satisfactory. I had come with two friends and one of them had an order that included a steak which he had taken sometime at the ordering counter to choose how he wanted it prepared, medium rare. When he was brought his order the steak came well done and so tough that he could barely cut it, so after some hastation he sent it back noting the problem to our server. Eventually he was brought back a steak that looked about right until he cut into it and it appeared to be not medium rare but rare, particularly at the thickest part of the steak. He was less than satisfied but chose not to send it back. The friend also ate his order but found it also less than satisfactory but did not tell our server. My selections at the salad bar were fresh and tasty other than a banana pudding that was strangely flavorless, and lacking in a certain amount of sweetness that is normal for this kind of dessert. Overall I would not highly, but still recommend this Sizzler to those interested in less than fine dining, but dining at...
