Was super excited to get my meal, however there was a mix up with the addresses and the delivery was about 20 minutes from my location. This was my fault as it was a previous location on my account. The driver called me and was rude and short saying that it was the wrong location without allowing me a chance to speak. Then proceeded to say he cancelled the order. Again i had no idea if this meant id get a refund, or if i could come get my pizza or he just left it there, since it was already paid for. He then quickly hung up on me. I then called the store to hopefully get some answers as to where my beloved pizza could be after trying to call him back multiple times. A man answered the phone and asked what he could help me with i then replied: “i just ordered a pizza and was rudely hung up on my delivery driver by the name of Tommy” he then said “yes I’m Tommy and you were talking to me, how dare you call my work and try to get me in trouble saying I was disrespectful you are a liar”... uh? No. Haha what? I was not given a chance to speak and was hung up on? Then to say I’m a liar and hang up on me again? Extremely unprofessional and disappointing won’t be ordering from this location again.. and if I have enough energy should be involving corporate....
Read moreOrdered pizza and salad Monday eve. It took over an hour to get and the pizza was good but the salad was awful. Called back immediately for a refund and was put on hold for manager. After 10 mins was disconnected so tried again the next day. I was told noone at that time knew how to do a refund and call back that eve. I understand things happen but they don't seem to interested in making this right so I doubt I order from them again! Still trying to get this resolved. UPDATE: I would give them negative Stars if I could today after finally talking to a manager. I was told I could not get a refund because it is too late(I did try to contact them right after I ordered and management was unavailable) and that my only options would be a credit or to contact upper management myself for a refund. Such poor customer service skills. I have spent hours on this issue so this is extremely frustrating and all he could say was have a good rest of your day which is about as condescending as you can get to an annoyed customer..... previous customer! Goodbye Domino's in Inver Grove Heights there are plenty of other places to get pizza...
Read moreAlways have bad experiences with this store. Usually they send me totally incorrect orders but tonight I tried calling and ordering some food at 11pm. Every time I called they answered and immediately said "can you hold for a minute" then priceeded to leave me on hold for ten minutes. I would then hang up and call back, just to have them do the same thing about 5 times in a row. Then at about 11:50 he did it again and left me on hold until the store closed so when I tried to hang up a call back I could not get through. They are purposely not taking certain orders and it is not professional at all. Especially when you have paying customers trying to order food and instead of saying you are not delivering any more tonight they just wasted a whole hour of my night making me hold the line over and over and never intended on actually answering my calls or taking my order. This store is not good at service and do not care about the customers happiness. I would not recommend anyone ordering from dominos on Cahill unless you want the wrong order, or rude delivery people. It's a shame how that store...
