KFC — Restaurant in Inverness

Granted I have only visited this location twice, it was horrific. I would assume its because everyone behind the counter was either in highschool or in their teens. 2 of them were using their cell phones , forgot to put sauce I ordered, was confused when I went back in to get the sauce, handed me a plastic knife and the sauce in a cup and said here, you can spread it on your sandwich. Didn't apologizes for the inconvenience ( I had to drive back) and took over 5 mins for me to recieve the knife and sauce. Seemed all the employee's were joking with each other and texting. Also when I said "oh, hi... no big deal but you forgot to put anything besides the chicken on the sandwich" the response was "Uhhh... okayyyyy.... I guess that sucks" and then a blank stare until I had to ask for the sauce. Second time forgot to put food in the bag, and I waited another 5+ mins for my wedges and sauce (again) and I asked not to give me a cup please. It was more of a joke the second time because I was the only one in the parking lot both times. Its slow because its horrible...get it right KFC, your food is great, but employee's are young and have no supervision to teach them ( I am assuming) they are kids and hey...they want to have fun, I get it... but get someone to keep the crowd pleased and you will get more service. I foresee this location closing by the end...

I ordered a $30 12 piece meal with 3 sides at the drive thru and went home. When I arrived home I opened the bucket of chicken that looked like I was sitting for a while that was cold and there was only 8 pieces of chicken. I called the store and then went back. I asked to speak to the manager and was told I had to wait. I waited about 10 minutes and Zack finally came out. When I asked for contact information from the manager to make a complaint he told me he didn't know any numbers to call and it was in Kentucky. I went to take a photo because he acted like he couldn't care less about my complaint, and he walked off. I filled out a survey with KFC and got an I'm Sorry and we hope you visit us again. When I got home I finally had 12 pieces of fresh chicken and 3 cold side dishes and rock hard biscuits. I like KFC but not from this location...

3 days ago we went here to get chicken sandwiches there where out of the chicken meat..Today we came back to get the 30.00 bucket meal and they said all they had was white meat they didn't have any dark meat cooked up yet and it will take 25 minutes before its done..But when we came threw drive threw at 3:30 about 5 KFC workers where out the back door talking is that why it would take 25 min for the chicken to cook? And no I did not want a whole order of chicken breast n one inch chicken wings u give out which those wings they should of let the animal grow first...Jeezy anyways this KFC has gone down hill in the past 8 months n its worse then its ever been now..To the owner maybe you should spend 5 days at ur store and get...
