I returned after staff members initially agreed to resolve an issue I was experiencing. However, my second visit was extremely disappointing due to unprofessional behavior from one employee.
The staff member at the counter displayed a visibly hostile attitude while taking my information, huffing and sighing throughout the interaction. More concerning, she then walked to the back area and made inappropriate threats toward a coworker about physically harming them over a minor work disagreement.
This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable in any customer-facing role. If this individual holds a management position, I question the hiring decision. Someone unable to manage their emotions appropriately should not be working in customer service.
I USED to spend money here, but I won't be returning. I hope management takes staff conduct seriously and addresses...

Paul was super friendly and made me smile too. When you go somewhere and you're treated nicely it's a lot better than the other places that don't care. Stores hard to find it's in the old Publix parking lot by Planet Fitness in the bank building set apart in the parking lot. The product was definitely good for the price I paid with my first time 50 percent off discount. Definitely worth a looksee if your unhappy with your current providers. WALKED...

Went in today for a deal advertised on their website for today only but none of the employees knew what I was talking about then when I said I had it on my phone the chunky blonde lady wanted to catch an attitude and talk to me like I was stupid. I could care less about the cheap deals talk to me like that and we have a MAJOR problem. Like it's my fault you don't know your own deals.. sounds like you need to be a better employee.the owner seems awesome. Sucks that a crappy employee can ruin it...
