I understand being swamped....but this was by far the worst experience I've had here. After agonizing grocery shopping, the battle began on where to grab something quick and easy to reheat after getting home and putting away our truck load of groceries. Asked for a family meal with some cream cheese rangoons and some spring rolls. Paid and was told to pull around front and it should be out in 7-10 minutes. Fine. Not a problem. Fresh food right? Wrong. 5 minuets later and we have 2 cars behind me and about a half dozen people walking in and then directly out of the restaurant with food in hand. And not just little orders. Family size orders went out way before we got our meal. Sad part is if they would have just stopped and said "hey, it's on the way" as they were handing people their food that ordered way after us I wouldn't have been so upset. About 20 minutes goes by, and at this point I've had enough waiting, so I proceeded to go in and see what was taking so long. I walk in and get told that they haven't even started on our spring rolls. So it'll be an additional 7-10 minute wait. At this point I couldn't control my anger with these guys. I said that it was ridiculous and wanted a discount for the extra wait time we were misled about. Lady said she couldn't do that, but could offer me a free plate next time I came in. No. That's not what I asked for. Well that's all we can do. I said fine. "Oh, do you still want the spring rolls?" Obviously. Been waiting here this long. As I'm standing there 2 family meals went out before mine. I finally said to give me my food and I'll wait in the car. 15 minutes later they FINALLY bring out the spring rolls. Now, working in customer service myself, I always try to please the customer after they have had a bad experience. Nope, lady just comes out with her fake smile and hands me lukewarm at best spring rolls. Needless to say I don't think I'll be jumping to cash in the ridiculous free...
Read moreI love the food the manager is a bit much he moves way to fast for me a bit rude he thought i had got pop when it was just water and stood at the door to i guess check me lol but it was only water i went thru the drive thru i guess he didnt hear me he came out the back door and asked did i wanna order no cars was behind ive never had anyone come out the restaurant into the driveway his tone was aggressive and scary so i just came in and placed my order i love the food especially the shrimp the other staff is always friendly and the cooks always smile the manger will have u feeling like u shouldn't go back but my kids love it its your job to be nice to the customer sir or u in the wrong business to try and embarrass someone who is spending they money will only get u this no manger should be in a customers face wish i would've recorded him i was very scared he waited for me at the door with a mad face and was shaking his body very angrily over a cup of...
Read moreThis location needs to revamp how they handle delivery orders. There are many staff standing around ignoring the drivers who are at the register to pick up an order. I shouldn't have to stand there for 10 minutes while many employees see me then ignore me. Today after 5 minutes I finally flagged down a lady who was walking by me and asked if she could get my order off the shelf and instead she yelled over to another girl who was further away (she was literally standing next to the shelf herself, why she couldn't grab it is beyond me) to get my order.
Either put the delivery orders on a shelf that is accessible for drivers to grab or be better about acknowledging your customers who come in and stand by the register, who are most likely needing to grab their delivery order.
