Plated Table — Restaurant in Iowa City

I had a fabulous experience at Plated Table while visiting Iowa City. The food was fantastic. I had the salmon and it was cooked perfectly. I believe the menu changes regularly, and they source ingredients selectively from regional farms and producers which is right up my alley. They have a great cocktail and wine list, and the ambiance and decor are charming and inviting. The staff and service were excellent too.
