My recent experience at KFC was extremely disappointing. The customer service was horrendous overall, leaving me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that something was amiss. Firstly, I waited for over 25 minutes just to place my order and reach the window. This was an unnecessarily long wait, especially considering that the restaurant didn't seem particularly busy. As if that wasn't bad enough, when I finally got to order, the total cost came to a staggering $25 for what I felt was not a significant amount of food. To make matters worse, it took another 10 to 15 minutes for my order to be prepared and handed to me. When I eagerly unwrapped the packaging, I realized that I was missing one of the drinks I had ordered, and the most disappointing part was that my paid-for pot pie was nowhere to be found. I brought this to the attention of the staff, and their response was even more disheartening. They informed me that they were out of pot pies and suggested that I substitute it with something else. I reluctantly agreed and opted for chicken tenders instead. However, to my dismay, the chicken tenders were undercooked and not up to the usual KFC standards. Overall, I must say that my experience at KFC was deeply unsatisfactory. The lengthy wait times, missing items, and the subpar quality of the food were all major letdowns. Called to cancel (immediately after placing the order when I realized the time) was told I had to download the app to cancel or go to the website (which is a dumbass business decision). Tried to do that it didn't work the server was down or something I don't know. Called customer service they said that it was already being processed and the order was almost completed and couldn't be cancelled. Which is nuts cause I just told the store I was gonna cancel it so why are they still making it.(This is within 10 minutes of ordering) Whatever that's fine. I noticed that they had Tenders so instead of my usual of a 3 piece chicken dinner I decided to try the 5 piece Tender meal with mashed potatoes and a side of green beans. Long story short the Tenders were more batter then chicken with most pieces looking like a part of the wing just seperate. They were cold and because of that the "Tender" was pretty much uneatable. This KFC has never gotten an order right to the point that we double check what they have packed as our order. And true to form after we did a quick check when we got home again they had forgotten the Dipping Sauce. Between the Tenders being stone cold, all Batter and couldn't find the Chicken Tenders that they were supposed to be my meal was worthless which is par for the course.
