I had a terrible experience at this Domino's last year. Domino's pizza was a staple at our family's home. We loved it. However, an incident occurred that made me take my business elsewhere. I was given an incorrect order (sure I should double check before leaving). Coincidentally, the orders were similar items (not ingredients). I was given two boxes of pizza which I had ordered. When I got home and everyone was hungry and excited to watch our game we opened our pizza and behold we got the weirdest pizza combo (sorry to whoever that was). I called the store directly and emailed Domino's requesting a refund. The associate at the store, spoke to me like it was "my fault" for getting the wrong pizza. Now, I am the kind of person when things do not go your way at a restaurant, I just laugh it off and move on. I am nice when it comes sort of these things. Accidents happen and we can't be blaming the world because of our wrong pizza order. So that was fine. What was not fine with me is the response Domino's gave me. Both at the customer service level at the store and from their corporate customer service. In the end, I was told I would get a refund. I asked for receipt they said they don't give receipts over the phone. I emailed 3 times! They said I'd have to contact the store and a manager would call me back. The associate told me he already processed a refund and was clearly eager to get me off the phone. All in all I lost $ for a order I did not enjoy and lost all my reward points. I had such a bad experience that was the last time I ordered at Domino's and have been buying my pizza at Pizza Hut and Wholefoods now. Read moreThis Domino’s needs all new staff! The quickest thing they did tonight was cancel my order when I finally got tired of waiting for over 2 hours. I can understand if you are backed up and deliveries are late, but the staff was beyond just unhelpful. We waited for over an hour before calling to get the status on our delivery and waited on hold for another 25 minutes before anyone answered. They told us that they were so busy that they were still preparing our food; it hadn’t even gone in the oven yet! We were told it would be another 45 minutes before the pizza would be ready and another 20 minutes for the delivery to reach us. While we were still talking to them, the staff on the phone said, “Wait, hold on,” and put us back on hold until it eventually hung up. I called back and was on hold for another 30 minutes. While on hold, the app said that the delivery was on the way and the estimated time was 27 minutes. After that, the app said that the pizza was delivered, but it was not delivered to us. And of course, I never got off hold until the call ended again. I called back one more time and was on hold for another 10 minutes before someone answered the phone. Obviously, I wanted answers, but they only said to us that it was not delivered yet and that they didn’t know what to do (how about give us our order for free or offer a discount?). Finally, I was so fed up with waiting for over 2 and a half hours that I told them to cancel the order, and all she said was, “ OK, have a good day,” and hung up. Read moreBAD EXPERIENCE. Went here to order a pizza for my wife who was in the hospital and super hungry. Went to the guy working at the counter and ordered 1 medium pizza. The guy said it would be done in about 15 minutes and took my name down. I sat down in the chair directly in front of the cashiers and people making the pizza. I sat there for almost 1 hour waiting and still nobody told me my pizza was done. I figured they were super busy due to people coming in picking up online and phone orders that they just havnt been able to finish my order. Finally after an hour, i got up and tried to ask one of the workers to check on my order. He first tried to ignore me and pretent like he didnt hear me or see me even though i was standing right in front of him talking to him. When i didnt leave him alone, he finally acknowledged me and asked what the name on my order was. He went to check and picked up my cold pizza off the shelf which it had been complete and just sitting there for an hour… He just handed it to me and walked away without saying anything. Didnt appologize for the long wait, didnt even offer plates or condaments, nothing. Everyone working there seemed like they hated their life and didnt care about customer service or anything.
