A few days ago I ordered online thru the app and placed 4 Subs for take out. When I opened the subs all had 2 thin slices of turkey each for each sub. I called and spoke to the manager don’t know his name. He told me that we weigh our meats by slice, I was like what really…wow and he didn’t even offer to make me another sandwich just straight up BS talk. So not going here again definitely hitting Jersey Mikes tasty and better made sandwiches with more meat. Paying extra meat won’t make the sandwich a lot tastier. So I emailed their franchise about my experience and took their survey, someone from their franchise by the name Karine emailed me back and offered me a free sub when I ordered 4 originally. I ordered the 8” Favorites Hunter’s Club and they gave me a 6” and a half size sandwich with half the roast beef amount and no provolone cheese.

Note: I don’t usually like leaving reviews, and if it was a single incident I would have moved on like I usually do, but it’s been happening on multiple occasions to the point of frustration expecting a hit-or-miss each time I order from here (in a previous order they even managed to give me a ranch chicken wrap with no chicken in it). Most of the employees do a great job on delivering exactly what I ordered, but there’s a few that constantly mess it up.

I was in the area for an appointment and decided to try this place, so I did a quick pick-up order to bring home. I ordered a #12 Beach Club with no tomato, which is supposed to be turkey, provolone, avocado spread, cucumber, lettuce, and mayo. What did I actually get in my sandwich? No turkey, no avocado spread--the things that make the Beach Club the Beach Club. I got a lettuce, cucumber, and cheese sandwich. Where is the sandwich I paid for? Certainly not here. I know inflation is rough on everyone but it can't be this bad! Ultimately disappointing. If they can't even make the basics of a sandwich right, I see no point in going back.
