Love this McDonald's especially for Breakfast..Good especially when you're on a budget.. Breakfast seems to be more worth it for your value.. Today saw,"" A Homeless person really needed something for Breakfast and Coffee and etc.." I had empathy and sympathy.. Customers saw what happened!..Acts of Kindness Counts.. Manager should have helped out this person.. Honest Truth.. Prices for everything is gone up more so theses days.. Random Customers should have helped out too.. God's Grace Sees This.. WWJD..🙏☮️☹️☮️✝️🕊️ . Prayers. Starbucks is wonderful about helping out with great causes like this.. Research and Studies shows that so many fast food places.. Are good at donations or throw food away daily basis..I love Starbucks so much that they donate pastries and etc.. OC Rescue Mission and etc.. Hyundai Dealership and 95.9 The Fish Station and etc.. Awesome! Let's do more acts of kindness! Prayers 🙏.. My heart breaks so much that ,"I Love Outreach Ministries"! WWWJD Movement.. Proverbs 3:5.. Kindness Counts! The Manager should have taken of that ,"Homeless persons Breakfast"! I'm disappointed.. I was about to get the special someone a breakfast myself.. Customers we're just standing around did nothing about it! Wow! Kindness Counts! MCDONALD'S I have seen throws aways good food! My quarter pounder recently was yucky! My breakfast at this location was good! I was thinking about making extra income..Not sure about this location..Lack of Management! If I was a ,"Manager I would taken care of someone important! WWWJD! I had my own business..I surely would give out food and etc..I have seen,"McDonald's throw food and etc.away.." When this could go to thoses in needed. Other organizations donate often..OC Rescue Mission and etc.. Even when I wasn't working..I would sell my clothes to help...
Read morethis is taking the award for the most horrible McDonald's I've ever been to!!! It ended with the manager throwing my food at me through the drive-through window! Really! It was approximately 6:30 p.m. on 4/2/19.
There were three cars in front of me when I ordered. By the time I got to the window to get my food, at least 4 to 5 minutes later, they told me that they had to make my chicken strips and it would be another 7 minutes. They should have already been done since I waited in the Drive-Thru line. They did not have their act together and they want to penalize me for it!
They told ... told me to move my car forward to wait for my order. I have learned from years of experience that when you do that you add another 2 to 5 minutes on your order time for someone to bring you your order and 50% of the time your food is cold when you get it because it's at inside for so long.
I told them I would not move and I would wait for my food. the girl at the window again told me to move, I told her I would not. Then she goes storming off tell some female biatch manager, who comes over to the window and demands me to move.
again I told her I was not going to and she raised your voice and yelled at me to move my car.
I made it very clear I was not going to. I was waiting for my food. So when my food finally came four minutes later the manager threw it at me through the drive-through window I hope with my review that corporate will step in and fire this chick. Hispanic, in her twenties and full of attitude and nastiness.

Read morePoor Customer Service! I live near this McD and went for a evening walk with my kids. My kids are a great fan of their fries. I reached the store at 9 and main door was open. Once I went inside I ordered for a Large Fries. To my surprise the store employee by the name Mr.Taylor refused to take my order. His point was store is closed by 8pm and only drive-ins are allowed. I asked him if I could walk by the drive-in and give my order because my kids really feel like eating the fries. He refused stating that it’s their policy to take orders through drive-in only if i come in a car. My disappointment is not due to their drive-in policy, which is fair and safe one, it’s not accepting order at store when the main door is open. If the store is closed then they should not have let the door open. After a customer is insider the store they should have had the courtesy to give advantage to customer and honored one order. My kids were very disappointed and we felt he was very rude in the we he enforced the policy.
The question I have for Mr. Taylor, there are so many instances when I gave a big order through drive-in and You have asked us to wait in the parking lot to keep up with your service levels and avoid delays in drive in. I guess I should have asked then? Is this McDonald policy to make drive-in customer wait at parking lot to when you cannot keep up with your drive...
