I'd say the booths at the Garden Grove branch are more comfortable for a nice long chat. The tables here are more plain, typical coffee shop, and interior seems noisier. Pastries are fresh, smell great from the strawberry croissants to the myriad of buns. Cakes rotate. NY cheesecake is good, lighter than the Cheesecake Factory ones. Rude cashier. I was here to pickup two online orders in the morning. One was a cake order I placed a lot earlier and another food and drink order when I was on the way to the bakery. When I got there I waited next to a sign that says “Pickup”. After a few minutes without getting recognized that I was waiting for something (which is fine), I asked the cashier “Is this where I’m supposed to wait for online orders?”, the cashier named “Seana” asked for my name and checked the orders then responded “It has only been 5 minutes”. This passive-aggressive response ruins my morning. Hell I know it’s only been 5 minutes. All I asked was if I was waiting at the right place.
