Presotea Irvine — Restaurant in Irvine

Decent drinks but could use some work.

The menu is the same as other locations with various options. They also offer food items like acai bowls and bubble waffles which I don't think other locations do. There are mobile kiosks to order from which makes it very easy as well as a cashier. The drinks are good, but the workers don't read the comments that we add to the order. I asked for no orange slices and my sister got black pearls, but they added the slices to my drink yet no black pearls to my sister's. They also barely give you a full scoop of toppings when they charge nearly $1 for it.

Lychee Fruit Tea: 10/10 - fruity and sweet Mango Green Tea: 6/10 - bitter, too much mango, and not enough tea Black Pearls (Topping): 9/10 - soft and chewy

The boba shop is located in Trade Marketplace along with other restaurants which is nice to hang out at. The parking lot is pretty spacious with easy parking but can get crowded at peak times. Compared to their Westminster location, this one lacks in many aspects.

Not the best, but also...

Presotea takes over the Sweet Combforts location at the Trade Food Hall. I think this will be a more popular location, as it offers another drink option for the popular dining hall, aside from the Center Hub bar.

The prices are good and even better, most drinks already have a mix of toppings in them. With a wide selection of fresh teas, milk teas, fruit teas, blended teas, brown sugar teas, and even coffee, this location has lots of options. Hopefully all of the options are good, but if you have trouble deciding, they do have a list of their most popular items.

I got to try the Lychee Fruit Tea, which was quite delicious. By itself, it even has some lychee jelly and a slice of lemon in the tea to give it some texture and flavor the taste is excellent and the lychee jelly is a nice touch.

This location can be a great spot to grab a drink while waiting for your meal. However, if you are visiting only for tea, I suggest not coming during business lunch hours, as many office workers visit this area making parking...

Their strawberry and creme bubble waffles are AMAZING. Their bubble waffles in general are just really good. Bubble waffles from other places are either super empty inside or don't have that good or special of a taste. Presotea's bubble waffles have flavor to them, so even just plain without any add ons taste great too.

I've purchased both by ordering at the kiosk and through online order, and for my online order they put the whipped cream and strawberries in a separate container so it wouldn't melt from the heat of the freshly baked waffle. It was so considerate.

I have yet to try their drinks but I'm excited to try more...
