Starbucks — Restaurant in Irvine

This location for Starbucks is new. It used to be a Persian cafe. Square footage is too small for big-chain joint. But it's a smallest problem of all. This place is CONSTANTLY mismanaged.

You can find a garbage on the floor during two out of three visits here. Waits usually are unnecessary long - 15 minutes just to order (and another 10 to get your coffee from barista) with only 3 people before you in the line??? Baristas, what the hell all of you are doing inside these cabinets??? Nothing that demand your attention at this moment! Help people first, they are waiting for you and organise your inventory later!!

But the absolute worst of all: at 2pm they don't have $40 in their register for a change!!! And this is the reason to refuse to give a customer a cup of coffee! Never in the history of Starbucks any cafe's manager did that. Free cup of coffee AND a gift certificate is a minimum you can expect when they short on change (early in the morning). Great customer service! We accidentally placed a mobile order at another Starbucks location thinking we ordered it a the Culver store and Angelica and her staff were extremely understanding and quick to make our order, regardless of this being our mistake. This is not the first time that Angelica steps up to provide exceptional customer service.
