Yesterday, I went to this store and have ordered two Americanos, hot and iced. And I have asked them for the refill later. First employee well acknowleged about the refill policy so she provided me for the refill for the coffee for hot americono. And she asked me, of course, what kind of drink I want to get for the refill since I can get refill for only brewed coffee and tea. (By the way, she seems like new employee and was being helped by the other employee. Thank you so much for the support.) And I wanted to get another refill for my iced americano because the taste was bit light on that day, and the other employee at the register says I cannot get the refill for the iced Americano. Because sometimes I asked for the refill for the coffee at other store so I felt so weird so I have searched the Starbucks policy and there was written that I can get refill for brewed coffee and tea for any beverage. In the beginning, I thought that she might misunderstood that I want the refill for ice americano (sometimes it happens, and in that case, usually, an employee always explains me what I can get for the refills) so I try to show her the policy and try to explain to her, but she said she already knows the policy and I cannot get the refill for iced americano order for her store. I told her that I got refill from other store but she says she cannot provide refill for her store for iced americano order unless I make a new purchase for coffee. I have asked to talk with the manager because I felt like the issue cannot be solved with her and she said she is the manager. I could not believe that the manager does not acknowledge well enough about the policy than a regular employee. Supervisor Andy came out smiling in my face saying well we can’t sell this one again , so I can’t give you another one. Andy’s solution was for me to 1. Buy another one or 2. Come back tomorrow to speak to another manager. All while saying this to me he was smiling and laughing. WOW! Excellent customer service skills young man with no regard for customer satisfaction or respect for customer time. On top of that, Adrianne walked away rolling her eyes at me not even wanting to hear me out when I was showing her the deformed cake pop and pointing out that the rest of them were normal when she was trying to tell me all of them look like that . Very weird and disrespectful behavior from these two. Every other cake pop was normal looking, it was a simple fix. Not sure why they disregarded quality control and respect for customers. He and the rest are severely lacking customer service skills that Starbucks is known for. At this point I asked for the number for someone above him, Shelly. But at this store when they gave me only half cup, I told the girl that make my drink, she said if I want full cup I should order latte. She gave me the attitude that I was the one who order wrong. But I got the recipe for this drink from the group on Facebook and they always get full cup. I also order this coffee more than 10 times already, if I’m wrong they should tell me for the first time. I pay for $7.25 just to get half cup in venti size. Then another employee came up and I show her the picture I got from other Starbucks, she just said in that picture they add full iced. Then she asked me if I want to put more ice so it will be full cup. Like???
